Room stile, size of the room. I travelled alone, but room will be good for family. Location is close to everything. There is cheap cafe to have breakfast few steps away. Love there almond biscuits 😋

It was cold at the beginning, you can't control AC, it's centralised. Not extremely cold, but you can't seat and enjoy, just from bed to shower, and from shower to bed. But I think when they came to change towels on 3rd day, they have changed smth with AC, because temperature become pleasant. If I knew it's possible, I would ask. But in many places in Europe that's normal, not to heat place well, so I didn't ask.

This place is a gem in the rough. When I drove up, honestly I was a bit worried as it is in an unassuming area of the city. However, walking into the B&B, it was like I walked into another world. Large, modern, tasteful, exceptionally clean, and I learned as I explored the city by foot over the better part of 2 days, very well located between the bustling sections of the city center. The owner was very helpful and wonderfully easy to communicate with over WhatsApp. Bed was comfortable and blazing fast wifi. Staying here should be a no-brainer. If you have a car, blue parking is immediately in front of the building, which, had I known, I might have made some different decisions about my rental car because the parking would have been very convenient -- that is, I would have kept rental for my city stay and driven myself to the airport instead of taking a car, but I was concerned about city parking (and didn't need to be.) Having said that, the owner did arrange for the car to the airport, which was efficient and well priced. Thank you for everything. <3

Even on a Monday night in early May (where there is probably school the next day,) it sounded like there was a kids playground nearby where kids played (LOUDLY) until nearly 11pm. Maybe the Tuesday was a holiday...? Who knows. Obviously not something the owner can address, but it is worth noting because the B&B was otherwise great. If I am nitpicking, maybe a slightly larger fridge would be nice so it can fit a bigger water bottle and/or a bottle of wine.

Keep in mind, this isn’t a hotel but a charming B&B located on the third floor, with six rooms available in total. Check-in was incredibly quick, and the front desk attendant was exceptionally kind and welcoming! The room itself was spacious and wonderfully quiet at night. Plus, having a fridge and a safe in the room was a thoughtful touch.

The issue wasn’t with the B&B itself, but rather with the other guests staying there. Unfortunately, many people today seem to be inconsiderate and self-absorbed. My friend and I had no trouble closing our door quietly, so I can’t understand why others couldn’t do the same. Instead, we were subjected to doors slamming loudly—even as late as midnight—so forcefully that it shook the walls. On top of that, guests talked loudly, seemingly without regard for others

A great value considering how close we were to the historic center. I especially liked the common area where coffee and tea were available for use at any time, as well as some light snacks. Breakfast was at a bistro a few paces down the street. The proprietor was friendly and very patient with his English only customers - I don't think he sees many Americans. The B&B was close enough to all the main attractions so that we could walk everywhere. There were many nice restaurants close by and a gelateria (Amuni) right around the block. But the real highlight was Naomi, the concierge. She went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of and checked to see that all was going well for us. She arranged our transfer to and from the airport and ironed out a small snafu that occurred with the driver the day of our departure (he overslept). She definitely made us feel welcomed and comfortable, a great representative for the people of Palermo. We would definitely book this place again.

This B&B was a very nice surprise while discovering Sicily. When you enter the B&B you feel a nice and cool climate, and it is very well decorated. The rooms are spacious and very lovely. The very lovely and nice store in the street used for breakfast is perfect!

Haven't seen the owner or any personel (but ofcourse that is not really required). The breakfast includes only one croissant and one coffee, you cannot start the day on that. But, the prices in the breakfast location are that low, that you can eat more than enough without paying to much money.

The place is very well located, close to the main attractions. There are also several restaurants just behind it. The staff were very nice and responsive to messages. I had a rather big room and it was clean.

All was good. Maybe just to say that there are a few rooms on a floor so I could imagine that sometimes it can get a bit nosy. The hostel provides classic ear plugs, which I thought was nice. I had my own very performant, so I was not bothered at all.

Close to the center - 5 minutes walk from the center’s shopping street. The room is clean, enough space, no balcony, good AC, and coffee is available. You get vouchers for the breakfast at the bar downstairs which offers good coffee with milk substitutes (soya and non-lactose milk) if required and delicious cornetti. The parking is next to the property and it’s very convenient.

The streets around are a bit dirty, but the property is very clean.

The apartment was clean, spacious, and cool. The hosts provided free coffee, croissants and and vouchures for cafe downstairs which was amazing. We were very close to city centre. Paid Parking right outside which was a bonus

Even though we were close to city, it looked like a very run part of Palermo. We had 3 apartments and the showers kept flooding. And room 2 fit 4 people, but we had the smallest bathroom. Aircon works fantastic in foyer, but our rooms got warm.

Good location in terms of being easy to get to the main part of the city. Tons of shops and restaurants and things to do nearby. Very communicative staff and everything was as described. Great value for the price! The little cafe where breakfast is located was lovely and had wonderful pastries.

My only quibble is that the shower *really* needs an anti-slip mat or something of that nature… between the slick tiles and the slight angle, it’s only a matter of time until someone falls

Loved loved loved loved my stay there. It's central but in a quiet part of the neighbour. The room was spacy clean and cozy. Decorated in a warm and tide way. I was surprised by the elegant room fragrance in my table , the bed was the best I have ever slept ( so much I kept the brand). The mini fridge was helpful . There was a coffe corner in the main entrance of the facility giving a warm and friendly feeling. But the best part was hostes ! Noemi is an angel ! ❤️ thank you Noemi :)
