We liked the location very much. It is in a lively residential neighborhood off the busy center with local restaurants and bars. And it is still a walking distance everywhere in the city. The thing we liked most was the hearty and hospitable staff, Giovanna and her daughters. Such a warm hospitality one imagines only in old Italian movies. And they assisted us with everything. Thank you Giovanna! Very recommended for families.

One of the beds in our room wasn't very comfortable, but they said they're about to fix it. There are some city noises around as Palermo is a big and bustling city.

The location of the apartmant was great. Room was very clean and spacious. Shower was strong and new. The cleaning ladies were there every morning and even tho they didn't speak english they were using google translate and you could ask them for tips and etc.

The only problem was that one evening we couldnt enter (even tho the code was correct) because something was wrong with the door however we called the owner and he helped us imidiately. Also, the holiday tax that you pay in cash once you arrive turned out to be more expensive than what was stated on the booking site beacuse it changes depending on the season.

The location is very good, for everything that was important to us, the region for walk, towards restaurants, but also for the bus station towards the beach. The hosts are very friendly and helpful with whatever was needed. We enjoyed here and Palermo in general.

Amazing hosts, the best location in Palermo. The room is clean and cleaning lady included in price. They change sheets and towels everyday. Breakfast is included in price, it can be improved though.

The sign for the Hotel is small and we nearly missed it. The reception is on the first floor, so it seems as though you are entering an apartment block until you go up the stairs. It would benefit from a board outside.

It was amazing, really cheap price for such a big and clean beautiful bed and bathroom is great. Very clean and it had everything. Check in has 0 problem and they reply really fast. It is in the city center and you can walk anywhere from it. All the workers were smiley and the breakfast is amazing. Has lots of sweets and coffee free. There is all kind of pillows so you can pick the most comfortable one for you. Everyone is smiley I loved the hotel.

There was only one problem, one of the extra pillows in the wardrobe had some color scars on it but it was clean. I had to use that one since the other pillows were so big. Extra one was thin.

The air conditioning and wifi worked well. The place was clean and the staff were helpful. It was in a good location, about a 5-10 minute walk from the Main Street.

The breakfast was very minimal and would often run out before we got there and not be restocked. The air conditioning would only occasionally work.

Almost everything was good or very good, breakfast included. Very nice staff.

More information in English would facilitator the stay for guests not familiar with the italian langusge.

The property is in a good area, about 5 min walk from Massimo Theatre. The staff doesn't speak English at all, but we managed with google translate and they were amazing

I mostly liked it, the only inconvenience was that the balcony was really small without a chair or table and it was connecting with the ironing area

A really nice and helpful owner! The accommodation was clean and everything what to need was inside. Also it was close to the center by walking.
