The B&B is in the perfect location. Close to train station and shuttle bus to airport. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was basic ( continental) but tasty ( the juices can be better and not so artificial). The room was clean, the was even someone to clean the it on Sunday.

It was a bit loud in Saturday night. We close the balcony and it was better but if you have light sleep it can be inconvenient. I think that the comprises you agree to, when you want centre location. The room was very nice but I found the bed a little to hard for my liking.

The location of the B&B was excellent as it was positioned near shops, restaurants and the historic part of the city. It was a good size room and the staff were really helpful

I did not like the automated entry system the worry of loosing phone signal or charge made me anxious about getting locked out. I prefer a key. Also there is no reasonably priced safe parking nearby you have to find street parking which took ages as the car parks are expensive

The location was near the major sites of the historic center of the city. The inexpensive airport shuttle bus was inexpensive and stopped near Donna Isa. The neighborhood was safe to walk around after dark. Stefano, the owner was very helpful and available by WhatsApp to answer questions. The breakfast room retained the old world furniture and charm of the apartment, and the rooms were attractively modern in style.

The quality of the towels was under par.

The location of the property is super! Close to everything. The property is a renovated house in a building. They made it very beautiful. The room is very specious, with high ceiling. It looks like new. The breakfast area is very cute! The breakfast was simple but delicious. We didn’t want anything else. Stephano, the host, was really very helpful. He was there welcoming us when we arrived and provided helpful information about the city. He also helped us with the parking place and answered all our questions beforehand. He was really great! The girls in the breakfast were very sweet and always with a smile, trying to provide anything we asked for. The elevator of the building was the highlight of all. One old one, very small with a stool to sit inside and with two doors to open. Would definitely stay in this place if we go to Palermo again!

We were very satisfied with everything. One thing, as a recommendation, is that a flexible handle of the shower would be helpful (there was only a fixed one), although didn’t cause much inconvenience to us

Nice and decent location close to the main sights of Palermo. The owner is very kind and helpful and we had a good communication. Simple breakfast, but you have a lot to choose from. Online check-in is very practical and fast. Spacious and clean room.

Breakfast wasn’t great and went pretty quickly if not there for 8am at the start. Parking is pretty hectic (expected in Palermo), there is an underground parking lot with valet but very expensive €50 for 1.5 days. Very tight to get into. Balcony is a bit pointless, pretty gross view onto back of apartments with rubbish everywhere.

Location is great, room was very clean, also bathroom and cute balcony view. Also breakfast was super tasty. Everyone was very polite. It's really good value for money. Bed super comfy, also I even worked on desk. Great room.

The location was very good and it was the main reason we chose this place. It's safe, clean and cosy and the hosts were very nice. We got tips on what to see during our stay, which we highly appreciated.

The WiFi signal was not great, and neither were the breakfast options, especially as vegetarians.

Lovely grand apartment close to all central bars restaurants markets and landmarks. High ceilings and beautiful dining room.

Lorenzo is an exceptional host. He was waiting for us on the sidewalk in front of the property when we arrived. The property, in a classic Palermo-style apartment building, is beautiful and well maintained. Location is amazing as close to everything but also extremely quiet at night. Lorenzo also very kindly offered to store our luggage on our second day after we had checked out. He gave us a key to the property so we could retrieve our luggage later in the day. Very trustworthy. Lorenzo is extremely attentive! Excellent breakfast as well with beautiful fresh pastries, which is not the case everywhere... When in Palermo, do not look anywhere else! In two words: Highly recommended!
