Luigi greeted us on arrival and made us incredibly welcome. The location is really central and within easy walking distance of the main attractions and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants close-by as well as a co-op, so no need to venture far if you don't fancy it.

Probably because we visited during off-season, the place was very quiet and after checking in the only staff members we saw were occasional cleaners, which meant it wasn't quite so easy to ask questions about where to go or the like. It was possible to do so via WhatsApp though.

We were in a group of 8 friends and we all loved it. Everything was perfect!!! Contact to Luigi and help from Gabriele - amazing. Apartament- comfortable, with everything needed. Even a great cafe was there!!! Towels, shampo, as in an expensive hotel. Localization, rooms, everything perfect. Water hot, beds comfortable. It's in the center, but quiet. We all just loved it! Gracie!

All good. Comfy bed, big room, nice bathrooms. The reception was very accommodating, allowing us to leave the bags earlier than the check in time. Location is nice as its not too loud in this area, yet very close to centre. This place works like a hostel I would say, several rooms, separate kitchen, living area, balcony for guests use.

Nothing to fault of the accommodation, just the other guests were a bit loud and smoked weed in the night, all the halls were smelling like weed.

The place was spotlessly clean and very quiet. Staff message you on WhatsApp and we're very helpful to tell me where the parking address was nearby so I could park the car with peace of mind.

Not much atmosphere there but if you want a good sleep, here is your spot! Staff message you on WhatsApp to see about checking in is a good thing but a bit annoying if you are running late... my flight was delayed. However, it was also nice to know they were expecting me so I'm not complaining.

Comfortable room and great location. We ended up having a delay to our flight so arrived late and the accommodation were fine with this. Sharing a bathroom is not ideal bit was OK for a couple of nights.

A splendid local piazza full of life and every food option you desire as well as supermarkets. Close to all of the historic sights of Palermo. Lovely quiet and peaceful rooms which keep cool with the high ceilings.

The location was great, big rooms with high ceiling, ac working, very clean, very quiet, kind and helpful staff, cold drinkable water provided, nice common areas will all equipment

The mattress was a little too soft and thin, the water pump of the bathrooms sink was loud (neither caused any major dissatisfaction though)

Super simple, but extremely confortable rooms. We stayed in a more upmarket hotel for the rest of our stay in Palermo, and actually preferred our time in Castelnuovo Rooms. Very clean, high ceilings…would recommend.

Was placed at Liola's due to some work done on property. Everything was way too perfect. Location was close to markets and bus stop. The staff are super attentive. The rooms are clean and spacious. The shower and kitchen are clean and works. I'd stay again!

Shower clogged a little at the end, the keys are not effective , sometimes it takes me a bit to open the doors.
