The room was in a very good, central location, making it easy. The staff were excellent in every aspect, always kind and willing to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was also good, with a decent variety and fresh options.

The mattress had a dip in the middle, and the bed moved a lot whenever one of us turned during the night, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the hospitality.

Fantastic location. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Really nice breakfast, comfortable beds, good value for money. Excellent air conditioning. Right beside the main attractions and a supermarket and pharmacy downstairs.

Some mould on the ceiling of the bedroom and the bathroom could do with a fan as there is no window.

Great location if you want to visit touristic city center, very close to the busy area. On the other hand the room was very quiet so even having groups of teenagers down below was not an issue. Very polite and friendly staff with lots of useful tips how to make the best of you stay. Clean and comfortable, I'd say above the average what you can expect here on Booking.

Only one thing that could be fixed: the bed was making a creaking noise, easy to wake up the other person or maybe even neighbors in the other room.

Everything was great-the room was very clean, Giuseppe was very helpful and came to open the door as soon as we arrived at the hotel. He also was available on whatsapp and helped us with tips about how to get to the hotel from the airport. We were also offered the chance to leave our bags after checkout as we had a few hours before heading to the airport. The breakfast was served in the kitchen and guest can also use the terrace.

Giuseppe was a superb host regarding communication prior to and during our stay with great advice on what to see and Breakfast more than adequate and location was superb. Close to historic sites and the coast. CoOp downstairs for groceries and restaurants in close proximity.

Everything was as you would expect, or better. The room was spotlessly clean, well appointed and tastefully decorated. Check in and out was really easy. Location was great, it's is in a cute little area with good bars and an excellent gelateria and small shop right next door for essentials, then a 15 minute walk to the main stretch. Breakfast was good with a selection of croissants, fruit, toast etc. Really pleased with this find, we had a great stay! Being able to leave luggage after check-out was a big plus!

The hotel is located in a nice and center of Palermo with walking distance to the major attractions. The breakfast is good.

Giusepe very nice person, He explain everything clare and help with transportation to airport. Living place very good, confortable and in good city area. More cofeterias, shops.

There could be more choice for breakfast, hot food.
