The staff was amazing! We enjoyed our stay. Gabriele was always fast to respond to our questions and requests, so everything went smoothly! Kitchen is very well equipped. Bathroom is maintained clean, even though it’s shared with other guests. All in all, we are very pleased with our stay at Mamamia!

Location is near center, so it gets a little noisy sometimes at night (not every night).

I booked 3 nights but could stay only 2 nights due to their renovation schedule and I've only been advised on arrival day - not that reliable and convenient when they didn't inform it in advance. I had to move into a different location on the 3rd night and it's heavy smoking building during sleeping time. Although it's nice room too but I was sleepless because of the strong smoking fume spreading out to the entire floor. I'd recommend to confirm with the owner for longer stay to avoid the inconvenience of moving around during your stay!

Excellent location right next to Teatro Massimo, spacious apartment, 2 kinds of heating (air condition and radiators), plenty of towels. extra bed covers. We didn't spend much time there during the day but the place provided great rest after roaming the streets of Palermo. The hosts (who we only saw at the check-in and the check-out) were very friendly. Thank you for the great stay.

It is a minor concern but the property’s receptionist is only available during particular hours. They did ask when was my time of arrival, but since our arrival time changed (of which we have informed on our way there), we needed to call them and wait a bit. Hence, perhaps, an information for the particular working hours of the receptionist could help guests in overcoming such issue :) Thanks!

It’s in amazing location, place is very clean and convenient, host was very kind. And helped us to feel more comfortable during the stay! Parking was very close and cheap!

Super nice and helpful host + employee. However, the latter showed up unannounced in the apartment a few times which some people might not like too much. Great guy though!

A very pretty, comfy, and big room in a great location-- only a few minutes' walk from Teatro Massimo. Clean apartment. Towels and toiletries provided. Good Wifi. Some basic kitchen equipment to make yourself something to eat. A nice host. I really enjoyed my stay there.

It would have been nice to have a kettle, but I managed without it anyway. Otherwise nothing really :)

Everything was super clean, spacious, and the staff was super friendly, also, not a lot of people, which means not a lot of noises in the corridors.:) bed was comfy, location was calm and full of greens around.

Pietro was amazing , very welcome and ready to help me in everything ! The hotel was good , my booking was move to another hotel For the same group but was also in the center and they did a little update :) they have also a wc near the lugagge room where you can take a bath before your flight , in case you need it ! Thanks guys for everything , I will definitely come Back :)

We liked the location a lot. It is very central and has a fair price! We enjoyed our stay and everything was very easy with the check-in and check-out! We left early in the morning and wr just left the keys in our room. All went fine.
