The room doesn't lack a little detail. Really beautiful room, all kinds of commodities. Fantastic breakfast a la carte ( no warm items ) served at the room.

I didn't use most of commodities, but water and coffe, and they where never replaced, even when you pay the daily 103 euros exactly equal every day. I won't recommend this beautiful place if you are travelling by car. It has a great location in the heart of old town, reason why is crazy to get a parking than the B&B don't have.

Very nice location close to historical places, restaurants and cafes. Room decoration was very nice. Christian is owner of the place, he welcome us very friendly and helped us a lot to better understand Palermo, respond immediately to all our questions. Thank you.

Great location within walking distance to everything, in a lovingly restored building. The room was decorated with great style and taste. beautiful large bathroom with the fittings of a boutique hotel. It was lovely to have a balcony and the street was quiet at night, normal neighborhood sounds during the day. The highlight was the breakfast. Delicious. Fresh. Such a tasty assortment and different each day we were there. Chris was an attentive host. Highly recommend.

The location was great and very central, next to the main attractions and everything was walking distance The suite was located in a beautiful historic buildings and tastefully refurbished Beautiful high ceiling, modern bathroom, comfortable bed, overall clean, functional and quiet. The owner prepared us the best breakfast with a local selection of pastries, Charcuterie, fruit , juice and coffees. Highly recommended

Perfect location to stay. Delicious breakfast in the room that you can enjoy on the balcony. Only 5 minute walk from the centre of Palermo with lots of nice restaurants nearby.

The breakfast was delicious, the room clean and cosy, and Christian was a great host, very flexible and very reliable.

The room and the bathroom were very well equipped. Modern and very clean bathroom. Great air con and bed was comfy!

Nice room and good location to visit Palermo

It’s a room in a house. It is not a hotel like we think Is too noisy in the morning. We can heard the cars and a bell ringing many times The mattress was not very comfortable
