This wonderful bed and breakfast was situated right in the centre of Palermo. You couldn’t wish for a better location with all of the major attractions steps away and restaurants galore. Andrea, our host was so helpful in everything we needed to know about the apartment and places to visit and eat. Our room was clean and had all we needed.

The bed and breakfast first is up three flights of stairs and the lift is not working so it is not appropriate for people that are not able to climb stairs. Andrea does certainly help with luggage though.

Very affordable B&B right in the city centre of Palermo. Very nice and clean room and bathroom. Also the shared room with other people staying in the B&B if you want to have a drink, chat or read something. On Sundays there is no breakfast but you get a voucher to get a breakfast in a nearby bar. Good explanation of the "self check-in" procedure to get inside the building with a key.

Very noisy at night as there are many bars around. All communication with the owner goes via Whatsapp, no personal approach.

The location is top. The building is old but a significant renovation effort has been made for the rooms The stuff very helpful

The elevator works only for the residents We had a toddler and a heavy stroller and after every ride, going up to the third floor was very tiring There are some things like the cistern and the toilet that could have been replaced with newer ones. they give you the feeling of old

The location is on the main street, room is clean and comfortable. The access to accomodation was clear and host very friendly. Breakfast with lot of variety and very good.

The fact that there is no elevator and you need to climb with all luggages up the stairs. Also if you want to open the doors to the balcony there is a lot of noise from the street (being right in city centre), but we slept with them closed and it was ok.

We stayed 3 nights in this nice B&B. It is located in a very busy street but the soundproof window was letting no noise in. Everything was exceptionally clean, a lady would come every day to clean again everything. This is the most important thing that I appreciated. The air conditioning was working fine, there was an african heat in Palermo in these days and you could die without an air conditioner. Breakfast is also very nice, Andrea is very responsive and available for any question or requirement. Location is also great. we had a very nice and comfortable stay, we will return if we visit Palermo again.

Staying at the apartment was a wonderful experience. The host was amazing and very kind, even providing us with an umbrella for shade. He was always ready to help and offer advice. The apartment is artistically decorated and very clean. The breakfast was delicious. If we return, we will definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect, and we were very satisfied with our stay. It was exactly as it should be.

Fantastic location right in the heart of Palermo! The room was of decent size with comfortable bed. Bathroom OK, we never chose to eat breakfast but there was a small variety of option and drinks.

Hard to fault much, lifts were not working so had to use the stairs which was tiring with a small child, luggage and pushchair.

A perfect location for a few nights stay. Central to everything, 10 min walk from central train and bus station. Located right in the centre of the busier street, but without the noise as the room is facing the side street. Friendly staff, clean room.

Long flight of stairs. It is located on the 1st floor. Otherwise that, good place to stay for a couple of days..

Excellent location, right on the main street. Wonderful host. Clean and comfortable rooms with plenty of space. We arrived early and we were able to store our bags and were offered coffee and breakfast. Although breakfast wasn't available onsite on the morning we were there, we were provided with vouchers for the local restaurant. We would definitely stay again.

Generally, everything was great. There was a lot of noise in the street throughout the night that woke us but this isn't the fault of the accommodation. Just something to note for the front rooms on a Saturday night.

Apartment is in a wonderful old building but apartment itself is modern. Great value and we loved our stay here. Very good communication with the host and we had no problems at all.
