Lighea Aqua Suite is located in the center of old town Palermo. 10 minutes walk to many of the best restaurants, museums, churches, and street markets. This is a superb location for those who like urban life. It is located on a "funky" street which can look gritty at times . Also, there are lively bar/restaurants downstairs but can be noisy on the weekends. The staffs were great, very responsive. Staying in this location is a great way to know old town Palermo.

Shower stalls are a little small. Also, hot tub in the middle of the living room.

Room was exactly as described and like on pictures. Bathtub was a good size and fancy, with different light colours. All cleaned and sanitised before you get your room keys. Room was cleaned, spacious with big comfy bed. Walk in shower was spacious. Seperate kitchen space just outside the room had really everything that needed, with free snacks, yoghurts, jam, tea and coffee,fresh milk everyday. No problem when you check in and check out early. Nico was very friendly and helpful. He will explain everything to you including what to see in the city, where to eat and drink or have a night out. The location was perfect for sightseeing as you are 5 minutes walk from 4 corners which is old town centre. Local shops and coffee shops just on your doorstep plus main street around the corner with all the restaurants and bars you can imagine. All you need is there.

You will be right in a busy city centre so it can be noisy untill late evening hours. I did not find it as an issue because once you close the shutters your room is quiet. You are in Italy so that is peoples lifestyle there.

The room was very spacious and clean, and the bed/pillows were super comfy! The property is located in a very central location allowing us to walk to everywhere we visited during our trip. The host, Nino, was really nice and very helpful, he gave us lots of recommendations of places to visit and ensured we had everything we needed. Thanks Nino!

Antonio (Nino) was just the best host excellent communication smooth check in . Good recommendations for places to eat . Nothing was too much trouble. The room was spotlessly clean ,bathrobes and fizz 🍾🥂 provided comfy bed . The kitchen area was well stocked with teas and coffee .

We only stayed for one night, but the accommodation was perfect for our short stay. The location is excellent for accessing the historic centre of Palermo, with Via Maqueda a couple of minute's walk away. The room itself was very clean and comfortable, with a large bed, clean bathroom, and a small outside space with table and chairs. The room has a hot tub in the centre of the room, which is nice if you like that sort of thing. All in all it's a nicely designed room, with emphasis on lighting and water as the name of the property suggests. The owner was friendly and helpful. There's a common room where food and drinks are available at all times, not just for breakfast. As our stay was short we didn't use it.

The property is an apartment in a well-built building which has been converted into a 3 room accommodation. As such, it is well insulated from exterior sounds. Sounds from the other rooms are a different matter, with internal soundproofing not being as good. There was a period of 3 minutes or so during our stay when we were blasted with sounds from the room next door as the occupants , so far as we could tell, bumped up the volume on the TV in a vain attempt to cover up the noise they were making in the hot tub. The next hour they spent on phone calls and every word carried. The TV remained on full volume. Thankfully it was a one-off.

The location was great, the host was friendly, and the room was pleasant. They also kindly provided water and a bottle of Prosecco as a gift in the fridge.

Having only one key made coordinating entry and exit at different times with my travel companion a bit challenging. The shower drain was also blocked upon check-in, but in all fairness, I didn’t inform the host until checkout.

Nice owner, very pleasant and good communication. Central location so easy to walk everywhere.

A little hard to find, make sure you listen to the instructions and look out for the number 18 up above on the wall of the building. It’s in the ZTL zone so you have to purchase passes or get a fine, and none of the shops want to sell you them so you have to get on line so a bit of a faff. Nothing serious though.

The location, the cleanliness and that everything was new, besides, the host (Antonio) is really helpful and nice.

For a longer stay, the flat could do with a bit more hanging and storing facilities and the shower would definitely need an additional drain-cleaning. The street is loud in the evenings but one still could rest comfortably in the nice bed.

The property is an oasis in the city center of Palermo. Great location in walking distance of all main amenities of the city and still quiet. Great spacious apartment. Antonio and his brother Emmanuel are there to help you and assist you with anything you need.

Only one thing to improve: just two chairs on the balcony ;)

Location was excellent! At first glance and if not familiar with the area, it might look questionable from the outside. We had our doubts when we first showed up to the property but rest assured there was nothing wrong with it. Right in between and steps away two main streets. Both of which you will spend quite some time on. Also, they treated us incredibly well throughout our stay. Antonio took his time going over everything in the room and then some more explaining the city (with the map!), the places worth visiting to see, eat and drink. That alone was worth the price they charge.
