The staffs are amazing and very flexible. Location is great to walk around. The fridge is always full with breakfast food that you can self serve any time all day. The apartment was quiet and the bed was very comfy. Shower was great and room was spacious. Shout out to the cleaning lady who cleans like its ritz Carlton! Exceptional stay and I’d definitely stay here again next time!

WiFi kept disconnecting but i think this issue can easily be resolved with a technician.

Fantastic host - Valentina, who served us an amazing breakfast in the morning and took care of us before check-in in order to make sure everything goes smoothly. The apartment is very clean and nicely designed. The location is ideal to explore centro historico.

The facility is actually an apartment with two rooms and a common area, which heavily influences the level of privacy. The internal walls/doors are not soundproof, so if someone sits in the kitchen you can hear every word from inside the room.

Very nice owner, very helpful. I asked for a quiet room, she did give me one in the opposite of the street. (The other apartment owner in other city did not respect my request.) Construction was under going outside the building in April, but only started after 8AM. I can see the owner is a hard-working owner, and tried her best to meet customers' needs. I asked for suggestions for hotel in other city in Sicily, she also found one. She offered a free breakfast one day when she saw we did not order it. I would thank her more with more tips but I do not have much cash left.

Lovely refurbished property which was very nicely put together! A great option. Very close to the airport bus stop and all the sights. Valentina was lovely to communicate with and a great host!

For us, our room was right on the road- so it was a little too noisy for us. It was well insulated and we ran the air con and used my white nose apps and earplugs but for noise sensitive people like me it may be best to avoid.

The host is extremely friendly, speaks English very well and prepared a wonderful breakfast. The room and the bathroom are furnished contemporarily and everything is very clean.

Even though the location is fantastic how central the location is, one has to consider that at night - especially during the weekend - the streets are filled with shooters and people and consequently cause a lot of noise. But at the same time, it is fantastic to get to know Palermo's night life.

Good communication with owner (Valentina). Verry nice lady! Always helpful! Good beds, nice accommodation, in center of the town, parking place (not inclusive) in the next street! Perfect location to visit Palermo!

Strange entrance of the building. But when you are in the apartment everything was so nice!

Great location. Everything is less than a 15 min walk away. Bus from airport stops about 50m away too. Incredibly convenient.

Noise at night can get loud bc you’re next to a Main Street, but it didn’t bother me personally.

Super location although a little hard to find. But the owner was so welcoming and helpful, and what she has done with this property is impressive - very high standard of comfort and style. Would love to stay here again, but not returning to Sicily due to the awful rental car scams which took a lot of money from us unfairly, and due to the rubbish tipped onto the sides of the roads all over the island. So super place and owner but the island less so...

Valentina is an excellent host. B and B in excellent location for all Palermo sites. Room clean, air con, Wi-Fi. Good value for money. Excellent comms prior to arrival. A great place for first time visitors to Palermo.

Nothing springs to mind.

Firstly, Valentina made everything easy, was always quick to respond, and organised our taxi to Mondello which was a great help. Secondly, the BnB has spacious rooms, is clean and has everything we needed. The location is in the old town but our room was at the back and was very quiet so we had peaceful and comfortable nights. Would definitely stay again!!

As they say in Yorkshire, "nowt", i.e., nothing.
