A fantastic find in the heart of Palermo in a quiet neighborhood. The staff, especially Emanuela, were absolutely terrific & so helpful with everything. My tastefully furnished room had a large private balcony overlooking a magnificent banyan tree. The continental breakfast was fabulous with a great selection of meats, pastries and fruit. During my 4 night stay, I had an early start for a day tour & Emanuela kindly packed some breakfast items for my train journey. Can't say enough good things about this hotel & will definitely be back when I'm in Palermo again. Arrivederci and grazie mille !

Fantastic staff - I didn't catch her name but the lady that checked us in in the morning and served breakfast was excellent. She was informative, friendly and seemed to know everything that we had a question for! The room was also excellent - plenty of space for two adults and two small children. We could walk to everywhere so didn't need to move our car once we parked. The food in Palermo was delicious - so many good spots in walking distance to here. We also loved that this place was not right on the main tourist drag, but yet still in an excellent spot for walking around the old town.

Breakfast was properly light, with cafe style made on request by staff. Outdoor common veranda area for a glass of afternoon wine. Airconditioning good (and needed in late Aug). Emanuella was very helpful in recommending sights and carefully prepared food what hasn't yet made it to the guidebooks. Two small ornate oratorios within 300 meters. Short walk to Quatro Conti. We took a taxi to the property, and you would want to inquire ahead about parking as you should with any "in the middle of the city" location. Communication with staff via Booking.com application was very good and expeditious.

Exceptional experience made special by first class staff. The bed and mattress and pillows and sheets top quality. It was extremely quiet building and location. You couldn't hear anything …air tight. The staff turned on the heat a bit early in the evening for me as I spent my evenings in as I was travelling alone. Very attentive and helpful with any issue or request. One member of staff, Daniel, led a very interesting private tour of the city . Well worth the money. He was very knowledgable about the history of Palermo .

Breakfast solution was not great. Some fresh fruit, eggs or yogurts would have been nice.

Lovely location, very quiet but in a lively part of the city and very convenient for the airport bus. Comfortable, clean, well equipped and spacious room. Very helpful and friendly staff, especially Emanuela.

Access was via a street turned into a building site - hopefully only a short term issue. Due to Italian bureaucracy we were unable to have breakfast at the accommodation, but Emanuela sorted out a very satisfactory alternative.

Such a lovely little accomodation in the heart of Palermo! The staff were incredible and gave us the best suggestions of places to visit and food to eat, this ended up making Palermo our favourite place that we visited on our travels because of all the fabulous places they told us about! The room was lovely, it had everything we needed, it was comfortable, clean and had a simple but delicious breakfast in the mornings plus the location was walking distance from everything in Palermo! We had a great stay here!

The accommodation is located just next to a Pizza restaurant so it can be a bit noisy until around 11pm however we were out until this time anyway so not a big issue for us.

By the time we got to Palermos we were at the end of our holiday and struggled with the manic pace of city life. BB Charming Apartments was an oasis. Staff were terrific, friendly and happy to offer advice. Apartment was beautiful. As we left on a late flight we much appreciated the fact that we were allowed access the hotel facilities up to our departure to the airport.

Location, excellent. Breakfast excellent. Extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Room electrics were rather arkward. Had to ask for an extension cord for the kettle, and not enough sockets generally, but that is the problem in most places these days since people carry so many electric devices that need to be charged.

A very central location but on a quiet side street. Modern comfortable room with a balcony. Modern shower. The friendly stuff gave us an orientation of the city with best places to eat and visit. We received an email prior to arrival with a detailed description of transportation to the hotel. It was very helpful.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the main area of Palermo. Superb rooms, very modern and nice decorated (room Limone). Hotel with all extra and comforts you would expect. There is a nice roof-top terrace for a drink (wine, cocktails) and in mornings nice breakfast. The staff was super helpful in getting around in Palermo and support with all reco's for food, dinner, historical sides. Its situated in a narrow street above one of the best pizza restaurants in town! its in a safe and lively area - tough it is quiet after 11pm for sure. Would defiantly come back. Parking was available (guarded or on street on just 5-10min walk)

Minor, but the airco is not as silent as i was used in other hotels, unfortunate. The drain of the shower was not running through well, a lot of water in the shower. I immediate informed the staff and they promised to solve it direct the next day for the other guests.
