The location was great, very close to old city center (10 minutes walk), the rooms was spacious and same for the bathroom, the breakfast was good, the communication with the host very easy (and responded very quick to any questions), free parking in front of the location (the host explained about ZTL - tax for historical center), overall a very nice experience. We had a room (with balcony) on the second floor (no elevator) but it was still very ok for the luggage.

A fantastic apartment in a great location Nicely renovated and very clean and secure The location is perfect for exploring the city and despite being very close to bars and restaurants the apartments are very quiet so you get a great nights sleep . Also a simple but very tasty breakfast The host is very welcoming and helpful if you need any information I would highly recommend a stay here - the security of the apartments is also very good

The location is great, close to marina and nice dinner places around! The room and breakfast zone is very clean and taken care of - we also had a nice terrace in our room! WiFi worked well too.

Should be very careful with the stairs - this property won’t be suitable for people having medical conditions/disabilities in walking. The hair dryer in the bathroom makes it hard to dry long hair.

Cala Peppa exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, 10 minute walking distance to the centre, but still on a quiet road so we slept really well. Our aparment felt so spacious, with our own living room & gorgeous terrace where we had breakfast everyday. The bed was really comfy. We would 100% stay here again.

Everything was great, the only thing was the stairs going up to our room, but that was to expected as our room was the top floor, but we'd rather a few stairs in exchange for our gorgeous sunny terrace. Just maybe the top floor wouldn't be suitable for older guests.

Perfect place for my short trip to Palermo. It’s perfect to visite the old town and on top just a few steps away from Tourist Harbour. Beautiful place! I spent a night in blue suite with a roof top terrace on the top. Love it! Breakfast is great an much more than I expected in a B&B in the south of Italy. Stuff is very gentle, check-in was good organized with many information before my trip! Thanx!

The location is perfect, being just a few minutes walk from the Central Station, adjacent to which is the bus station. My room was excellent, being clean, comfortable and well appointed. Once settled, the old city is literally across the road outside, where there are many places to explore, and the free tour bus stops pretty much outside the door.

I was only there one night and didn't encounter any difficulty. My only comment would be that it could be a bit easier to identify the property from outside.

The room was cozy and stylish. It was verry functional there you can find all the basic things you need. Price was very ok comparing what you get. Breakfast tasty that suits for most. Place just a few streets from the main street and just a few steps from dock which is ok if you want to relax from the city heat. Recommendations for my friends staying in Palermo for sure.

Fantastic location, excellent value for money, marvellous coffee & croissants for breakfast, room was cosy & comfortable. Cute balcony, nice local restaurants. Emanuele the owner did everything to help us & make us feel welcome

To be honest, it was a little noisy at night, but that’s normal for Palermo, which is a lively city! I’d recommend earplugs😊

We appreciated the property manager’s patience. We were late arriving (got a bit lost) but he still took the time to answer our questions. He was also very helpful in providing bus information. Loved adjoining outdoor patio.

Location was perfect. Quiet but close to lovely bars and restaurants. Room was large, clean and bed was fabulously comfy.

Very very small thing. Slightly earlier, breakfast time would have been nice. But I was always able to grab a freshly cooked croissant as I raced out to discover Palermo whilst it was cool and before excursions set off
