The apartment is very comfortable, spacious and clean. The bed is very good, the bathroom is big, the shower is also big, everything is very new and thoughtfully designed. I particularly appreciated the hairdryer in the bathroom, the AC and the complimentary drinks that the host left for us. The neighborhood is very lively and authentic at the same time, while the street where the flat is located is quiet. There is very easy access to the bus station, the railroad station, the LIDL supermarket and the sightseeing attractions. Basically everything is just around the corner, we truly loved the area. A special thanks to Roberto for making our stay really nice.

Lovely room in best location for a great stay in Palermo. The entire house is beautiful and very secure, with separate doors for each units. The room is very clean, spacious and flooded with natural light. The balcony is a lovely addition with charming view of Palermo's beautiful old town, very enjoyable both mornings and evenings. The bedroom has everything one needs, spacious wardrobe, bedsite tables, lightning was really nice, bed was really comfortable. Bathroom was an additional plus, clean, spacious, great water pressure in the shower. Need to mention the kindness and helpfulness of the owner, there was a great selection of tea, coffee and sweets provided for breakfast which was greatly appreciated. The owner was very helpfup for both check-in and check-out, always available for any questions and tips ensuring a very nice stay. Location cannot be better, in a lovely street of centro storico, couple of minutes walk to central station, the seaside of foro italico and molo trapeziodale, shops, restaurants and all attractions. Felt very safe to walk around even later in the evening. Definitely recommended both for solo travellers, couples or families to have an absolutely enjoyable stay in Palermo.

the location was absolutely amazing and lively. we loved it, it was also close to reach all the interest points by foot. the room had all necessary equipment. the hosts were very responsive and communicative.

Very good location. Easy to get to all the tourist attractions and also the beach by walking. Shower is a good size and hot water. Very close to the San Francesco Piazza which has a really good outdoor restaurant and some take-away meals. We used this facility on more than one occasion due to its convenience. Friendly staff.

Ceiling height to second upper bedroom is very low so we did not use it.

Great location and close to the historic center. Grazia responded quickly to every need. Once we became familiar with the location, we found all the markets and sights close by. The apartment is super clean, modern, appears to be recently remodeled and comfortable.

Perfect location if you want to stay in the city center and to experience this vibrant city. Very easy access to public transportation (bus, train, airport shuttle etc.)

Fantastic newly renovated loft room with bright ensuite shower room. Lots of complimentary drinks and snacks although breakfast not included. Coffee machine, kettle and fridge in the room. The owner answered our queries by WhatsApp and very reactive.

Nothing bad to say about this place. Must mention though that it’s not for people who have a problem with stairs. The spiral staircase to get to the loft room could be difficult for some. The road behind is extremely noisy BUT with the excellent insulation ( double glazing and shutters) we had no problem sleeping.

Great location and Roberto was really communicative and helpful. If we're ever in Palermo again I'd stay again.
