We had a great stay at this B&B, primarily due to its fantastic location right in the historical district on Via Vittorio Emanuele. Situated on a quiet alley, it was easy to walk to all the city's main attractions! The room itself was spotlessly clean, and the check-in process was smooth; the instructions for entering the building were clear and easy to follow. We appreciated that there was no noise from the street. Although we haven't met the owner, communication via WhatsApp was easy and helpful. Overall, if you're looking for a clean and comfortable place with a perfect central location and don't mind a short climb up stairs, this B&B is an excellent choice for exploring the city on foot.

It's worth noting that the rooms are located on the first floor, so you will need to climb one relatively narrow staircase with your luggage. Also, keep in mind that the property is within the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone) and there is no parking available on site. However, you don't need a car to get around the city center, so if you arrive by car, plan to park it elsewhere before reaching the historical area. While the street is quiet, you can occasionally hear noise if the adjacent rooms are occupied.

The location was great. Self check in worked OK.

As this was a B&B we expected breakfast to be served in the building. Previous reviews said breakfast was fabulous. This was not our experience. Instead we received vouchers for 1 coffee, 1pastry and a glass of juice each at a local Cafe. Luckily it was fine weather as the cafe was 160 mt down the street. We had very little face to face interaction with the host. All communication was via whatsapp. Only met once when host wanted to clean the room. Usually at B&B the host is present at least some of the time.

Despite being in a very busy and trendy area in Palermo, the room was lovely and quiet (with the windows closed 😀). Our hosts Manuela and Giuseppe were marvellous and their breakfasts excellent - great selection with savoury on offer (fairly rare in Italy as sweet pastries are the norm for breakfast), and coffee/tea of choice hand-made by Manuela. We highly recommend this intimate and beautifully appointed BnB hotel.

One 'tiny' improvement which could be made - a plug-in WiFi repeater/booster in our end room Porta Nuova, farthest from the WiFi modem. The signal was pretty weak, but 4G mobile coverage was very good.

Excellent location within easy walking distance to downtown sites (Norman Palace, Teatro Massimo, Mercato del Capo, etc.) and easy to reach via airport bus that runs every 30 minutes or so. Even though the balcony of our room directly overlooked the lively Via Vittorio Emanuele pedestrian area, the room was very quiet (combination of really thick walls and quality insulated windows I guess). Breakfast with cappuccino each morning was delicious and a great start to the day.

There was an enormous street light right outside our balcony that made our room very bright at night. The proprietor closed the wooden shutters after our first night when we mentioned the issue. That helped a lot, but not entirely. A good set of blackout curtains would really help to block the light that still comes through the closed shutters.

We had a truly wonderful stay! The location was perfect — close to everything we needed yet quiet enough to relax. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The property itself was well-kept and cozy, and our room was spotless and comfortable. Everything exceeded our expectations — we’d definitely love to come back!

After reading reviews mentioning an excellent breakfast I was disappointed to find that we were only offered a very minimal breakfast at a local cafe where the staff were brusque to say the least. As I make a point of choosing properties that offer breakfast on the premises this was a disappointment. The room, although clean and well-equipped, was too small with a lack of storage space.

Fantastic accomodation in the heart of Palermo - very clean, nice rooms in old building. Owners very friendly and helpful. When I will oversleep in Palermo next time, I will surly choose this BB.

Only problem was that we arrived by car and we parked 15 min from this place - the suitcases we have to bring in our hands in 40 degrees. But this was not problem of accomodation but our problem :)

I would start by saying the b&b is at a perfect location if you want to be where all the activity happens. It is surrounded by restaurants, bars and the historic sights. I did not realize we were going to be in the heart of city when I booked the place. So glad we did. Every room has a balcony and you can watch the quiet time when the city is waking up and then the vibrance in the evening. The windows are sound proof and we could not hear anything. Giuseppe and Manuela were amazing hosts. The made sure our stay was comfortable. Giuseppe was great in providing all the self check-in details via whatsapp. He was super thorough and detailed. Our room was clean and had all the amenities needed. The breakfast room is super cute. Fresh local pastries, eggs, cheese, fruit and cappuccino. Love it! They even offered gluten free options. We decided to stay an extra night and Giuseppe was kind enough to give us the available room. We loved everything about this cute b&b. Thank you Giuseppe and Manuela for making our stay in palermo so memorable. Highly recommend this place.

It had a good location, almost at the beginning of Corso Vittorio Emanuele. Our windows were overlooking the corso, but it wasn’t noisy in the evening or at night, the insulation was good. The bed was comfortable and it was a good sized room. There was a luggage room where we could store our bags before we checked in and after we checked out. The owners seemed like lovely people, not much talkative, at least not in English. Overall our stay was good, no deal breaking complains.

The breakfast was a little bit early for our taste, and it was the same every day. There were more sweet options than salty, but not very much to choose from and mainly pastries. I believe that’s typical for Italy though. There was an unpleasant smell from the AC at times. Rather late checkin time, 16:00.

Lovely spot in a perfect location just inside of old town. Steps away from all of the sights. We had a small balcony where we enjoyed a glass of wine. The doors locked out the sounds of Palermo at night. Room was spic and span clean. Breakfast was excellent with pastries, juice, meat, cheese, toast, fruit, yogurt etc. The host spoke good English and was very accommodating and communicative.

The stairs might be difficult for some. Giuseppe Was kind to help us with our luggage.
