Excellent location in the historic centre and still near the sea. Although the location nearby pedestrian zone with bars and restaurants the street and the appartment was quiet. We appreciate the staff ready to help with navigation (especially when arriving by car) and with so called ZTL for entering historic zone by car. Also their recommendations about the interresting things in Palermo were great.

Understanding the principle of ZTL in Palermo: we didn't understand that ZTL is only for one-time entry to the center at the beginning. We though that ZTL is needed for each day of the parking in the center. Also finding the right bar for breakfast was a bit pain, because the bar name couldn't be seen because of the stretched out shelters in the front of the bar.

While the location is excellent, driving there was challenging. We were not aware that the hotel is located in a restricted zone. And there was no parking close enough to conveniently walk with luggage. Difficult even to stop the car to load and unload, as the street is too narrow.

The Receptionist, who spoke fluent English, was very welcoming and helpful. The Owners of this delightful B & B went out of their way to make our 2 night stay a very enjoyable experience. The kitchen was generous and the dining area spacious and comfortable. From the roof-top terrace to the individual rooms with paintings and sketches of local scenes in the lounges, this place has the owners love of Palermo stamped all over it.

This is not a dislike but the stairs above the 1st floor, for anyone who is physically challenged, are numerous and a bit steep. The breakfast at the cafe across the plaza was ok.

Location in the Palermo's Centro Storico. Breakfasts included at nearby Cafe. Valentina, Riccardo and Paolo were so friendly and helpful. It was Riccardo's idea to take the 102 Bus on Via Roma to get to Mondello Beach when the temp rose to 38C that day. Thank you to everyone, would recommend to stay here!!!!

The location is excellent and the apartment is comfortable and well serviced. The balcony is especially nice to sit out in the evening. It was the second time we stayed here, we returned the following year because we liked it so much.

Great location, excellent, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Raissa gave us recommendations and information on the area, she was excellent and being able to leave our luggage until our ferry was ready.

It involves many steps, but the staff helped us with our baggage. Is right in old town so expect activity at night.

i had an incredible stay at Ai Tintori. the rooms were clean and the kitchen had everything we need. balcony was in our room which provided a nice spot for a glass of wine. the location is amazing too. the hostess was very kind and charming and provided us with any information we need for our time in Palermo! would happily stay again!

We arrived by train from Naples, an excellent journey, only a 13min walk to B&B Ai Tintori. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We did not breakfast there as there are so many options out nearby. The location is perfect for getting out and exploring Palermo. The B&B is at the port end of Via Vittorio Emanuele, the main street that runs through the heart of Palermo. This street is pedestrianised and now a pleasant 25min stroll from end to end. If you have the time we would recommend taking the 389P bus out to the Cattedrale di Monreale to see the stunning mosaics. You could take a taxi but a bus ticket that lasts for 90mins only costs €1.40. Otherwise there is just so much to see and do in Palermo. If you are doing some washing as you travel they have a washing line on the roof top terrace garden.

The mattress was a bit soft for my liking but otherwise nothing. Only a warning if you are not fit it is 54 steps the the top floor room. There is no lift.

The location was fantastic, near a lot of restaurants, monuments and Lidl. Paolo and Valentina were so sweet , welcoming, attentive and helpful. They upgraded our room to 2 rooms for free!!😍. I'll come back again. Breakfast was satisfying(you go to a bar nearby, and you can choose from a few options). Rooms were clean and tidy

A very large and spacious apartment, located at the beginning of via Vittorio Emanuele, very well attended by Valentina who welcomed us even having arrived very late at night. Ideal for family travel and very well equipped. Breakfast is served at Cafe Luca, in front of the Giardino Garibaldi, which is one block away but helps to start the day feeling the heartbeat of the city. You can choose a wide variety of products of very good quality. If you arrive by car, keep in mind that it is a ZLT area where it is very difficult to park
