I had a really great stay at Luca’s place! The room was comfortable, clean, and full of useful amenities. The bathroom was spotless and very convenient — everything felt well taken care of. The location is absolutely perfect, especially for someone like me who knows the area well. It was the ideal base for getting around. Thanks again for everything, Luca! Stayed here a couples of days before flying home from Palermo. Perfect location and a nice room. The surrounding streets are bursting with restaurants, bars and cafe's. We never actually met the host or the staff but everything worked out smoothly and information was clear. All our questions were answered quickly on WhatsApp. Highly recommended

Verry easy remote check in and flexible easily contactable host, Luca. Great room and facilities, especially excellent air con. Location ideal for us as was right in the middle of La Kalsa area which is full of nice bars and restaurants. Booked this last minute due to a travel cancellation but was easily one of the nicest apartments we stayed during the trip, with great value for money.

The apartments at the Piazza Marina are located in a central area, so everything is fairly close and within walking distance. It was very quit at night. The building where the apartment is located was very secure and we felt safe.

Difficulty to find the apartment. The bed was quite comfortable, but the bed frame was too big for the mattress, so you had to watch where you were walking around the bed to avoid walking into the bed frame

The room is very clean, confortable, and tastefully decorated. The staff, as well as the owner, were superb: kind, attentive, and very responsive at any time of the day. The B&B is ideally located, and only a short walk from the Cassaro and the seafront. Most points of historical interest, markets, and commerce are located within a 30-minute walk.

The air conditioning unit may need some maintenance.

The hosts were very friendly from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. Great service. The place is in an excellent location.

Nothing related with the B&B just to let people know that during weekends the church bells ring at 7.30😂

Perfect accomodation for a traveler alone in Palermo: few steps from the center and the old city, from streets with typical restaurants and kiosk/restaurant selling street food. The zone where the B&B is located is quiet but also near to some night bars. It's also a stone's throw away from the turist port and Via Vittorio Emanuele II which leads you to most important artistic attractions of the city. Rooms are bright, confortable, clean and wide enough for two persons. They are arranged in a modern style but with some typical sicilian decoration elements. You can choose solutions with bathroom inside or outside the room: anyway you share the bathroom at most with another room. Personel is kind, you can contact them for any need. A very good choice

Lovely little studio apartment in a perfect location for visiting the area. It has everything you need for a short stay. Bed is comfy too.

- super friendly stuff who gave lots of information about the city and answered our questions - location (close to everywhere yet not in the busy/loud spot - a supermarket right at the door - lift - the room was lacking some utensils like plates but we were given them when we asked (so if you think you'll need a corkscrew for wine bought at the market, remember to ask for it :) )

- when other guests were passing/talking in the hall you could hear them very well (but it didn't bother us)
