The 3 level roof terrace has lovely views that we did not use very much because we were travelling during a cooler period. We used the breakfast room which was comfortable and well organized. Lots of food offered for breakfast even lactose free yogourt and milk alternatives. The shower was good, bed comfortable, and plenty of towels. The robes and USB charging ports next to the bed are a nice touch. Our host was easy to communicate with and pleasant. The location is perfect, close to all the sights, restaurants, and bars but still quiet to sleep at night. The elevator to reach our room on the 3rd floor worked well. Because of the uniqueness of this property we had 4 keys (one is for the elevator) and multiple doors to access our room. This was a small inconvenience considering we were staying in a historic building. The shining star of Dimora Sinibaldi is Franca who looks after breakfast and does some other duties. Franca is exceptionally kind, cheerful, helpful, and it was a pleasure to see her every morning.

Perfect location for us right in the centre but tucked just away so it is quiet. Friendly communication, amazing rooftop views and delicious baked goods the morning as part of breakfast. Would definitely recommend!

The keys and building acesss were a little bit to figure out but the video sent by the host was very helpful. The communication ahead of our stay was a bit slow but while we were there it was very responsive. And a picky thing: we do not like scented products and the washing machine running in the common area had a very strong dryer sheet smell. We’re used to a largely scent free country though so it may just be us.

We stayed in the Queen room, Sibilla, and would definitely recommend it. We booked last minute and arrived within 10 mins of booking online. This meant staff had almost no time to prepare for us. But they adapted very well and were very patient in communicating with us. We arrived to a beautifully clean, fresh-smelling, and characterful room and had restful sleep in a comfortable bed with clean linen sheets. The room was on an inner courtyard away from the bustle of Palermo and was very quiet and peaceful despite the hotel’s very central location near cool bars and restaurants. We loved that we could walk right out into the heart of Palermo but could easily shut out the noise of the city when we needed some peace. The bathroom was clean and modern and came equipped with good-quality towels and a good-quality shower. The hotel also has an amazing roof terrace with views across Palermo.

The roof terrace is amazing but the hotel could probably make more of it by adding some furniture so people can relax up there while taking in the views.

The location of Dimora Sinibaldi was perfect and so easy to access all the sights of Palermo. Our host, Erica, was incredibly helpful, sending comprehensive check in details prior to arrival including a video of how to access the building. She also assisted with information about travel to local points of interest and booked a taxi to the station for us on departure. Breakfast each morning on the rooftop terrace was a highlight. The room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was quite small but manageable.

Breakfast was very good, and being able to sit outside on the deck was a bonus. The room was reasonably large and very clean. It needs to be regarded as a really interesting hotel experience with facilities expected in a hotel eg a bedroom and bathroom with tea/coffee making facilities ie jug, 2 cups and saucers and a small fridge. In the "rules" it is specifically stated that it does not have a kitchen and bringing in any food or other drinks is forbidden. There is some drinks provided in the fridge as a mini bar. The building has been fastidiously renovated both inside and out to a high standard and is located in a great location in an historic area close to the main attractions.

We have stayed in a number of hotels and have never been told that all food was prohibited from being brought to the room or consumed in the room. It seems a bit draconian that you can't bring in a filled roll, apple etc and eat it as a snack.

Perfect location in the heart of Palermo with a lot of buzzing bars and great restaurants nearby. Our room was absolutely lovely and the views from terrace on the same floor over the roofs of the city are just amazing. The host is a wonderful person and provided us with great recommendations for Palermo that were all on the point. We enjoyed the warmth of their family-like service - which also includes a tasty breakfast - to the fullest. Thank you very much for an unforgettable experience.

Great location, size of the room worked for the time we were there, great terrace for morning breakfast, staff very pleasant and helpful. We were only there for 2 days and the location help us to easily by walk to see the major attractions.

A lot of doors to open and unlock with a big set of keys given to us, not easy when you have to move suitcases at the same time. But over all, it all worked.

What a lovely property in the the best spot in Palermo. I walked through the city so many times and hands down this is the place to be. The room was so spacious, tastefully laid out and I felt so safe and comfortable there. Breakfast on the terrace was great with a lovely view of Palermo from above. The staff are polite and accommodating. Don't think twice, book it.

I was a bit worried because my flight arrived a little later in the day and the check in window is a bit tight but they were very accommodating in the end and it was no issue at all. Just something to consider ahead of time.

The room was beautiful, clean and spacious. The bed is extremely comfortable (the best we had in Sicily). The breakfast spread was delightful, especially the abundance of fruit available. There is an amazing terrace to have breakfast, including an accessible rooftop with great views. The location is superb, close to all main attractions, whilst also finding peace and tranquillity. Palermo's main central station (trains and buses) is a 10/15 minutes walk making the airport/day trips very accessible. The hosts, Federica and Ilenia, were both superb. I would absolutely stay here again if I visit Palermo in the future.

The building's main entrance door can be a little difficult to unlock, but after a few attempts we had always managed to get in. Additionally, the sound of the water pipes when using the shower/toilet can be a bit unsettling at first.

Very stylish decor with the luxury feel of a more expensive hotel. Comfortable bed and room tidied (bed made etc) each day. Good facilities in the room, including kettle and fridge, soap, shampoo, towels and even bathrobes and slippers. Very central location and the building is a very nice and historic. Very good breakfast with lots of choice, including a choice of pastries, bread and homemade jams, cheese & ham, fresh fruit, nuts, yogurt, granola, juices and hot drinks. All staff were very pleasant and helpful. The host sent lots of information, both regarding access to the property and attractions in the area, as well as recommendations for restaurants.
