What did I like? Everything. Cleanliness and location being spot on. But what was best, well, the communication with the owner. Exactly what I needed for my first trip abroad, solo, in a long time., As in all my reviews, I ask myself, "Would I go here again?". Absolutely.

My poor language skills!!! Possibly the only "real" thing was a lack of understanding of how to cross the road. So used to pressing a button and waiting for the green man. But really, that's a "me" thing, not a "here" thing. Oh. One thing to be aware of. The plugs used here were the 3 pins vertically aligned. So get the right adapter. But again, not a "here" thing, but an island thing.

Great experience and perfect location in central Palermo! Close to all main sights and streets as well as easy walking distance to the train station. The room was great and perfect - we were a couple that needed accomodation for 2 days only so this was good value. Spacious room, nice balcony and bathroom and excellent AC. Our host Manfredi was really great and helpful right from booking all the way to check-in, the stay as well as check-out - very service minded and communicative and friendly - he shared tips about sights & food around Palermo and even helped us by offering a space in refrigerator for some simple food. Really recommended!

Wow- I was so impressed with my stay and I am a solo female traveler who is super particular. Manifredi, the manager is amazing, so helpful and has lots of recommendations both in terms of places to see and restaurants etc. I felt very safe in his hands and within the property. My room was lovely with two balconies allowing lovely fresh air through the French doors. Highly recommend you take that “blue” room! Just a five minute walk to Quattro Conti m, placing you in the middle of all. To get to the various places to see and markets, you’ll never walk more than 20 min! In addition, there’s a great downstairs mellow bar called Beta. I liked to go down and have a nice glass of red before I walked to my a Erie While food is not their gig, they make an excellent anti pastinolate that blew my mind!

i enjoyed my stay a lot. the location of the accommodation is perfect for a tourist who’s not renting a car, all main sights/markets/restaurants (and lidl 😁) are available in walking distance. the area felt safe (which is essential for a solo female traveller), it is also convenient for using public transport (close to the train station and the main route of buses). the accommodation itself is very nice, cozy and clean, the room was spacious and very bright. an absolute pleasant bonus was the exceptionally communicative, polite and helpful host and staff.

The host was excellent. He couldn't have been more helpful. He offered water on arrival and gave details of the best places to eat and visit. The room was lovely, two large sets of French Windows, so plenty of fresh air. Water, kettle, and coffee provided. A lovely lounge area, available to all, in which to relax if you didn't want to remain in your room. I absolutely loved the lift (photo attached)

The external private bathroom was inconvenient but certainly not any problem. Nobody else used it as it was dedicated to the room it was large and kept very clean. The bars nearby could get a bit noisy but, again, inconvenient and not a big problem.

Excellent location. We were met by Alessandro who was very nice and helpful. The room was a good size and comfortable. Although not en-suite, the private bathroom was close to the room and also a good size and the shower was nice. Breakfast at the nearby Caffé Borsa was delicious and the coffee excellent. The staff were very friendly. We didn't use it, but there was a nice and large common room with TV. The B&B is on the third floor and accessed by a lovely antique cage elevator!

There was nothing about our stay we didn't like, but we feel that the accommodation would benefit from a room safe and access to a refrigerator. The downside to the fantastic location is the outside noise at night, so ear plugs (which we had) are highly recommended!

Excellent breakfast included at a local cafe. The location in the old part Palermo couldn't be better. Manfredi was most helpful and resolved some problems for us. The list of restaurants he gave us was very good. The room was of a good size and comfortable. The area was noisy, but we found we could cope with it and it added to the atmosphere. Recommended

The shower was a bit small for one of us.

Central location in centro antico, very reasonable walking distance from all the center city attractions, sights, eateries, markets Not on a high floor, but access to a lift for luggage was a plus. Residence in LTZ- Positve is the proximity to everything and a bit less auto traffic

I believe all rooms have private bathrooms, but they are not attached. Our unit's was at the end and not well lit if needed in the wee morninng darkness. This residence is in the LTZ- many positives to that fact, but if you are driving into the area, parking is limited and can be tricky with VERY narrow streets, one must be a confident and competent driver used to southern italian habits. Also need to arrange your LTZ pass which can be challenging. Advise to research and pre arrange both prior to arrival. Private parcheggi are typically of great help with LTZ pass.

Manfredi is an excellent manager. He co-ordinates everything that needs attention and is friendly, focused and accommodating to his guests. One could not hope for better service. Cleaning is thorough and the entire guest house is kept spick and span.

I found the breakfast leaves quite a lot to be desired.
