Very warm welcome from Claudia Location was perfect right in the centre of Palermo. Easy walk from bus and train station. Step outside and the street is lively with bars, shops and restaurants in each direction My single room seemed strange at first with steps up onto the bed but it was very quiet overlooking a small courtyard looking onto other properties. The bathroom was private but separate from my room. Very well equipped and nicely decorated. Handy little shared kitchen with fridge and kettle etc. Large communal lounge with books and sofa. I only had a rucksack so climbing the stairs was no problem but heavy suitcases would not be easy.

It's in Palermo's historical center, within walking distance of everything, as well as the port. The host was very kind responsive and even suggested us some parking options not too far (it's in the Limited Traffic Zone, something to pay attention to if you're driving in Italy). Although it's in a lively area, it's on a small alley just off the main one, so it was relatively quiet (except for one night when there was a larger party on the main street). The room is very pretty, and the whole building looks like what it is: an 18th century palace. There is a shared area with a large living room and kitchen, where you can make coffee or tea and enjoy some toast & jam offered by the host.

We liked the central location. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Claudia's mum gave us a really informative introduction to Palermo. Claudia's communication was excellent and she responded straight away to any communication. Loved the room very spacious. A good shared kitchen and sitting area. Would stay here again.

The light switches were very confusing. The plug sockets didn't always make contact with the appliance. A bit of maintenance needed.

The b&b is very close to the historical center of Palermo. The retro single room is for one person only but it definitely has everything you might need. The bed is very comfy and the room was clean. The toilet is outside the room and it is shared with another guest but I never had a problem using it.

The only issue I had was with the main gate keys. The keys were very old and used badly. It was quite hard to open the gate. They even mention on the house rule about the usage of the keys so I guess it is something they know. Apart from that my stay was 10/10.

Excellent value room in a central location. Access to the room was easy (more than most properties I’ve found). Room was large with a good size en-suite bathroom. Clean and comfortable. Not much noise at all, even though Palermo itself is quite lively. Contact with the owner was regular and they asked if everything was ok, which was nice.

Make sure to bring euros for the tourist tax- it was a bit irritating to find an ATM to get the euros out, but this is a very minor problem.

The location is fantastic. I could walk to all the places I wanted to visit in about 10 minutes. It is very quiet even though it is surrounded by vibrant streets full of people and noise. The room is described as simple and perfect for a single person. The description is accurate. Claudia is very friendly and responds within minutes to any question.

The location is perfect to enjoy all of Palermo's night and day life. It is very conveniently located as well for transports. The apartment is beautiful, very thoughtfully decorated, and the information from the various booklets left at disposition is very useful to select what we want to have the time to take a look at or not. The room (retro) was adorable, equiped with AC, and felt very welcoming. It was amazing to come back every night to a room that felt that cozy ☺️ The host is very responsive and friendly, it really was a pleasure all along. It really participated to making this a pleasant experience. I would definitely book again, and hope to!

Claudia and her mom are the perfect hosts. They were so friendly and helpful, it really felt like home. The apartment was really nice, clean and good furnished. I would recommend. Just a small information, the wifi is not so strong in the “Retro room”, but that wasn’t really a problem

I really appreciated the attention to detail. The colours are very beautiful and harmonious and the atmosphere in the apartment is very calming. It's clear that this is a very well cared for apartment, making it beautiful and comfortable. Also quiet considering the busy neighborhood only a short distance away.
