The location is very central and very convenient. But beware of the surroundings as its bit daunting on the street - dirty and next to operating restaurants back kitchen. The area is also part of street nightlife at Vucciria and that means v v loud music, drugs and alcohol in vicinity if thats your thing. The property is a flat converted in a number of rooms on the second floor with steep stairs. Our room was tiny but very clean. The best about this property is lovely Deborah and chats with her over lovely breakfast.

See above - the surroundings and noise. There was no real view from internal window from our room (angelica) but it was not an issue as were out and about.

Both the room and the bathroom were spacious, modern and comfortable. The room balcony is above several restaurants so be prepared for some noise in the night (nothing excessive during our stay, it added to the atmosphere). We arrived during the siesta and the location looked a bit shady during that time but it completely changed in the morning/evening when the businesses and markets opened and we've had a great experience. The very pleasant landlady/owner serves breakfast in morning to each group and there is only a small kitchen/seating area so it takes a bit of coordination between the groups. We were able to communicate with the owner using google translate and our very basic italian.

When we arrived, the shower head in our bathroom was broken, but the landlady sorted it next day :)

The B&B’s location is just perfect, 1 minute and you are in the legendary Vucciria market and the centre and the seafront are just a short walk away. The room as well as shared areas were very clean and nicely arranged. The host is very very kind, responsive and takes such a good care of you through preparing your breakfast right in front of you :). Would recommend to stay here 100% Thank you for everything!

Writing here just two small things, not as a complaint but a recommendation for the staff: the toilet seat was a bit loose and the ventilation in the bathroom was a bit dusty.

The appartment is just near the central tourist destination places, quite comfortable, with nice breakfast and nice host. You can use the shared kitchen during the day, too.

They should state clearly that the appartment is just in the center of La Vucciria - party district - and it's impossible to sleep there during the weekends as the music is still loud at 5-6 in the morning.

Perfect stat, Debora was a fantastic host, very warm, flexible, kind, and friendly. The accommodation was great: perfectly located, very clean, and comfortable. The breakfast she prepared in front of us added such a cozy, personal touch. I felt truly welcoming and homely.

Really noisy from outside (but not as horrible as other reviewers say- unless you want to sleep at 9pm) but also pretty noisy from adjacent rooms and common areas.

The bedroom and bathroom here is HUGE! Much bigger than most you will find in Italy. The room is extremely cozy. Although it gets loud outside at night, the extra thick windows really do a lot to keep things as quiet as possible.

This isn't something i didnt like, but others should know that this is a lively neighborhood. The other reviews aren't exaggerating about the music going until 4 AM with the base way up. It's worth being so close to everything, but I recommend bringing headphones and downloading a white noise Playlist to play in your ears. It worked wonders for me and I'm an extremely light sleeper!

The apartment was very clean and cozy. Breakfests were tasty and the selection of products was vast. Our host- Debora was kind and helpful, even though sometimes we could nit understand each other. She solved the problem with internet connecion and her instructions, how to get to apartment were clear and useful.

It was not always easy to communicate with host, as she did not speak English fluently. At the beginning there were some problems with wifi.

The property is clean and very near the center. It is very close to the tourist spots. The breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay. The host was friendly, nice and very attentive to our needs.

The lovely house lady made breakfast herself every morning. The historical market Vucciria was only a few steps away. We could leave the bags in the closed apartment lobby after checking out, leaving the city only in the afternoon.

Slight odour from the bathroom drains. Barely enough space for luggages for a longer stay.
