The location is great with easy access to many sights in Palermo. There are many wonderful restaurants near by . Our room was very quiet and we had doors out to a nice patio. The BB22 palace is a lovely clean and comfortable apartment with private hotel style rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was included and had nice fresh pastries, coffee, tea and fresh fruit, yogurt and cold cereals. It was very convenient that we could arrange for the staff to do laundry for us for 15 Euros per load. The staff were very helpful and friendly

The air conditioning in our room was adequate during hot weather but could have been better. Our room was a little small. We did have some trouble checking in because we did not understand that staff were not at the apartment in the evening. Better communication prior to our arrival would have been helpful. The staff did try to contact us during our check in day but we did not have WIFI available to us because we were traveling from another city.

This review pertains to BB 22 Apartments, not BB 22 Palace. My reservation was for BB 22 Palace; however, there was an issue at BB 22 Palace, so my reservation was moved to BB 22 Apartments. I appreciate that my reservation was maintained, even if at a different BB 22 location. I really enjoyed BB 22 Apartments. My room and bathroom were very nice and the location of BB 22 Apartments was centrally located. The staff of BB 22 Apartments were very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was an enjoyable way to start the day.

What could have been better was to have been made aware of the change of location via email, text or WhatsApp prior to my arrival near BB22 Apartments (Vehicles are not allowed in front of the building, so I was dropped off very close, which is perfectly fine.). It was quite confusing until I rang the bell for BB 22 Apartments to get assistance.

Very warm welcome, and consistently cheerful host. The continental breakfast was plentiful, with lots of choice. The air conditioning in our modern, scrupulously clean room was essential during a very hot and humid late August, and the King size bed was comfortable. We were well placed close to the centre, within easy walking distance of the majority of sites and central restaurants.

The shared parts of the property - a top floor flat in a large palazzo - was usually very hot, and not kept air conditioned. This prevented us from using the comfortable sitting room, although it did make sense from an environmental perspective. Our room ('Stromboli'), while large, comfortable and modern, only had roof windows with no views. We booked quite late, and these were only minor observations.

Wonderful little hotel in an ideal quiet location. The staff could not have been more helpful. Be sure to use the 50 euro transfer service offered by the hotel, as it’s definitely the best way to and from the airport and is a better price than a taxi or other car service. Our room was utterly quiet with a large, modern bathroom.

I really appreciated the location, which was central to everything I wanted to walk to. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was filling and delicious. Really enjoyed my stay at BB22 Palace and look forward to returning in 2026!

Location is superb. It was walking distance to everything. The farthest we had to walk was from the train station to the bnb. Everything was close by.

The airconditioning unit wasn’t strong. It was still quite hot even with the AC on.

Amazing stay in the middle of the beautiful city of Palermo. Nice and friendly Team. The breakfast around the table is a good start in the morning.

Great rooms, wonderful location, and fantastic warm hospitality from the lovely staff. We booked last minute after our flights were changed due to an airport closure, and the staff were super helpful and accommodating.

The only downside was that while the bathroom was large, there wasn’t anywhere to store your stuff, adding a bench or table would be super helpful!

The hotel / apartaments has an excelent service for their guests, the help from Rodi and Emanuela were great, we could also laundry our cloths without a charge. However, the wifi wasn´t very good from the room. The breakfast was good, they served, fruit, jam and cheese, cereal, bread and coffee, the necessary to start the day. The location it´s not far away from turistic attractions or to the bus stop to catch the hop on hop off.

It´s important to let know the guests that the breakfast it´s served in another accomodation near by the one we stood, and that it´s on a 3rd floor without elevator, so not quite recommended to the elderly or persons with back problems.

Top location, friendly staf, nice room

The bed is small, 1.90 x 1.40, while it was promoted as a large bed. I’m 1.93, so sleeping was not great, the basic function of a B&B.
