Restaurant/bar outside our balcony was open until 2 am... pretty loud on Saturday night Air conditioner had a hard time keeping room ... be aware that electricity to the room is only on while you have the room key in a special wall slot. AC starts from scratch every time you come back to the room.

Excellent location, all the restaurants right outside the door, easy to walk to alll the sites. Area felt very safe. We arrived after the check-in time and Simone was more than helpful. Replied immediately online via booking.con and then met us at the hotel giving us advice on restaurants etc.

Only thing was it was a little noisy at night.

Fantastic location, friendly staff, comfortable room with very good provisions. Parking was pre-arranged so that was quite helpful.

A little bit of noise (but not necessarily causing annoyance) due to its proximity ti the busy commercial streets (restaurants abound! )

We stayed in Palermo before and realised that the location of this apartment is the best regarding sightseeing/restaurants and bars. Its all on its doorstep. Easy to find if walking from train station, look for a big white building on the left. The entrance is away from the street near a courtyard with a restaurant. We thought overlooking the street would be noisy but it wasn't too bad. It was nice in the late evening to open the window and hear and watch the hustle and bustle from below.

The reception is mainly manned in the morning for check outs/early checks. However while we were out during the day our air conditioning developed a leak. On return in the early evening there was someone there to inform us and the leak was promptly fixed the next day. No inconvenience to us apart from a puddle on the floor of the morning it got fixed.

The property was centrally located in the pedestrian area, with lots of shopping/food right out your front door. Lots to do and see within very close proximity.

The rooms were quite small, but for the most part we’re clean. We’re used to having the AC very low and that is just not the case here. It was muggy in our room all three days despite the AC running 24/7.

the position is perfect, close to everything, the bed and pillows super comfortable, the bathroom drain worked perfectly fine, no problems. the cleaning service very efficient, they had umbrellas in the hallway (which can be super useful if it suddenly rains, which rarely happens in Palermo, but it did happen during our stay). also, even though our room had a direct view on Via Maqueda, there was almost no noise at all at night: the room is soundproof

Everything about Suite Quaroni was perfection. Simon was very accommodating. Location was perfect to walk the city. Our room was equipped with everything we needed. There is a very large parking facility in the building should you have a car (in Palermo, you don't need one!). We will DEFINITELY stay here on our next visit.

we loved our room and the property! so easy, very clean, great location. Simon was very welcoming and friendly. great value in my opinion. And there’s a good restaurant downstairs in the courtyard. this place is close to everything without being right on the main drag.  I would definitely stay here again.!!

The location was great, in the centre of Palermo close to most monuments

It’s not easily accessible by car and private parking in the centre is expensive

1. Kindness of the staff! it was my birthday and they got me a little gift and went out of their way to wish me a happy birthday. 2. Modern room! 3. One of the best showers I’ve had in a hotel 4. It’s smack in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. plenty of good food options and walking distance to ALL major attractions 5. comfortable bed + strong Wifi

Nothing comes to mind. If I had to be picky, the AirCon was not really cold.
