Room is spacious, location is very central (walk to almost all major attractions; take the 101 bus to the central station), and a generous breakfast spread (yogurt, coffee, pastries, bread, cheese, tomatoes, fruit, and eggs) was provided. Most importantly, though, staff members Gabriele and Fabrizio are very warm and inviting! Gabriele made excellent coffee for me every morning and helped me my luggage up and down the building staircase.

Some ambient noise from the street, but it did not affect my sleep quality.

Apartment is on perfect location, in the historical center, all the important spots are nearby, Mercada street allways buzy and full of action. It is also near new and modern part of the city, also close to shopping stores. Restaurants are great. Ballara and Capo market on 10 min walk. Hosts were very helpfull and nice, allways ready to solve any problem or answer questions.

It is a little bit noisy due to the proximity of the Mercada but if you wont to be in the center it is normal.

This hotel is very well located, within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions and surrounded by great restaurants. Gabriele was incredibly kind and helpful. Breakfast didn’t have many options, but everything was fresh (the scrambled eggs were made on request) and it was delicious. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

It can be a little noisy at night and the room doesn’t have blackout curtains, which might bother light sleepers.

The B&B is located in a fab street. Via Masqueda is a great base. The host, Gabrielle is lovely. Very friendly and always available to chat. It's a very secure building. Lovely rooms with balcony. Very big space. Bathrooms lovely. Air con is great.The bed is very comfortable and larger so plenty room. The breakfast was a big plus. Every morning, fresh bread, cheese, eggs, yogurts, fruit, lovely coffee & tea selection and delicious pastries. I can't fault this B&B. Has an iron and board on the corridor for guests. It's on 1st floor and not a big problem to access. Despite what other reviewers have said.

The B&B Vivaldi is located in the most central spot possible, on the most lively street, and by simply going down the stairs you find yourself in the heart of the city. It has four doors to the exit, making it absolutely safe. It is also very quiet because its walls are very thick and the window faces a small alley at the back of the building. The bed is very comfortable. Gabriele, who welcomed us, was a very sweet person, very helpful and informative. They agreed to let us check in early even though we requested it at the last minute. We will definitely return!

The location is excellent, its on the of the main streets of Palermo, we had a great view . every attraction is almost around a corner, in a walkable distance. our flight was very early in the morning, but the room was already prepared for us and they let us check-in way earlier. The host, Gabriel was very kind, welcoming and extremely helpful. though the hotel didn’t have breakfast, coffee, tea and some sweets were always available in the hall

It was a short walk to Via Roma where we caught all the buses. Staff was friendly and offered help with every question we had.

The fridge was tiny and didn't cool things. The bedroom was actually two separate beds connected and it was uncomfortable to sleep sometimes as they kept separating.

The stay was perfect. We stay for 3 days and Gabriele was absolutelly supportive and very nice (one example how other owners should treat the guests). I read a lot of comments that is very loud from the street, so I would like just to share: First this is the hear or the city so it is normal, the second we ware with small baby and when you close the window there is no issue at all, we slept wery well. The owner also made every morning the breakfast to be differt one more good approach. Recomemding and I will stay ther again for sure.

Location was perfect. I think that was the most important thing. The room was clean enough. But of course the building is old and historical. They changed our towels everyday and breakfast was small but more than enough, we had everything about breakfast. Especially sun-dried tomato was amazing :) Thank you to Gabriele for all informations ,directions and water bottles!

Our room was close to the dining room, so I was up at 8.00 daily because of the noise. Most of times we had alarm at 8.30, so not a big problem to wake up just 30mina before alarm,but once we came back late at night and unfortunately haven't had enough of sleep because of that noise
