This B&B has 8 guest rooms - so there is a sense of inclusion with fellow guest/ the rooms are well kept and well decorated. Wonderful books and magazines are available and the general manager Giuseppe is wonderful and very helpful/ every morning breakfast was a delight with freshly served cappuccino latte or espresso service was wonderful. The location was Wonderful! I would definitely return and recommend

Loved every thing about the property

Pretty much everything! It’s nicely decorated and very clean! The bed was huge and the bathroom very nice with a big modern shower! You can walk out the door and a few steps away and you’re on a main street with many restaurants, cafes and stores along with vendors all along selling all kinds of things! There’s so much action all day and more at night! Martina is so helpful with telling you all about the area and showing you all the main attractions on the map. Most of them are within walking distance. Down the street just a little bit there’s a private parking garage that costs €30 per day. Without out it I’m not sure where you could park so it was well worth it.

There really wasn’t anything!

Martina went above and beyond to help us find the parking garage and hotel. We arrived at night, in the dark, tired from a long day of travel. She provided a video and talked to us to get us to the hotel. Our room was lovely and best of all, quiet even though we were so close to a busy sstreet. Breakfast was wonderful. We loved Palermo, took a walking tour, toured the theater, but our room and personal service at Delle Vittorie was the highlight for us.

Location is perfect. Soundproof windows block out 95% of the sound from the street which is great. Room was spacious and clean and breakfast provided each morning. There is a great cocktail bar in the courtyard right below the hotel we enjoyed during our stay.

Breakfast is a pretty simple offering and it was a bit tricky to figure out how to access the lobby when you first arrive as it looks like a private residence but once we figured out where to call it is easy and we were welcomed warmly.

This was our first time visiting Palermo. The location was ideal. We were about 100 feet from the main east-west street, which is closed to normal traffic and runs for about a mile. Lots of little restaurants with outdoor tables spilling onto the sidewalks. Check in was easy with a code to the electronic outside door. The rooms are on the first floor—what we in the US would call the second floor. There are wide stairs and a small elevator big enough for two large suitcases and one person. The rooms are of different sizes, beautifully appointed, immaculately clean. We stayed at Delle Vittorie at the beginning and end of our ten days in Sicily. The last night we booked the suite. It was gorgeous. My wife said she wished we could stay a few more days just to hang our in the suite. Breakfast was typical high-end Euro hotel, with lots of pastries, cold cuts and yogurt, choice of coffee options. Completely adequate, better than most.

Arriving and departing with two couples and four big bags, we had to deal with impatient Italian drivers (is there another kind?) stacked up behind us on the narrow one-way street while our Uber driver figured out how to fit the bags into his medium-sized SUV.

This was the perfect place to stay during our 3 nights in Palermo. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Martina was very friendly and helpful, very responsive to text messages, and we really appreciated being able to check in early after arriving early in the morning on an overnight ferry. The hotel was very conveniently located, on Cia Maqueda, the main pedestrian thoroughfare, but the black out shades kept the room quiet and dark for sleeping. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Everything was fantastic

Location - just off Maqueda pedestrian way, which is lined with shops and lively restaurants - and within walking distance of all sites in the historic area. Yet sound proof windows, automatic pull down metal shades and blackout curtains made for quiet sleeping. Beds and soft linens were,excellent. Good breakfast and great coffee in lovely little common breakfast room. Hosts Martine and Giuseppe were helpful and friendly and pretty fluent English speakers as well.

Can’t think of a thing.

I was so pleasantly surprised by how convenient this place was. The location is amazing. There is a bit of noise but my kids and I fell asleep easily. The staff are actually incredible. We came in late after 24 of no sleep and traveling. We wanted a comfortable bed to sleep in and the beds were very cozy and clean. Just outside of the location was a whole experience as well. I don’t think there’a a better spot.

Breakfast was superb. Bar staff friendly and welcoming.

Personally, I didn’t like the set up of the first room, but I can understand that this is a subjective view and other guests may have loved it. We would have eaten in the restaurant for lunch more often if the menu offered some lighter choices. Also, it would have been very nice if the tuk tuk operated between the hours of 1 and 3 pm.

Located at a good point on the main pedestrian street just away from where it begins to get tacky. Not too far from any of the main sites. Rooms are comfortable and surprisingly quiet. Beds are also comfortable. Excellent varied local breakfast. Helpful staff are happy to arrange taxis.
