Everything! Our room was much larger than expected, was well furnished, had its own kitchen and two small balconies with an attractive view onto the quiet, traditional residential street below. Large shared kitchen was a really welcoming space and very well equipped, providing everything you might need if you wanted to self cater. Location was great and surprisingly quiet given that it was close to a lively bar/ restaurant area. Excellent communication with host regarding the self check in procedure, gave us tips and recommendations and responded very quickly to any questions.

Nothing to dislike - everything about it was great.

Located in the city's downtown, in only five minutes on foot, you can reach the most important pubs and feel the real nightlife of Palermo. Antonio is the owner and so kind and helpful with us: for every single request, he was absolutely quick and solved many problems. The bedroom was dry and fresh, thanks to the air conditioning that was a must in summer; the bed was very comfortable. There is also a shared room with several pans that you can use for making meals. In general, it was an incredible journey.

The apartament was spacious and interesting - with a lot of different antiques. I loved that - all the things brought some charachter to the flat. There was everything that was needed and even some extra things - like washing mashine, coffee maker, tea and coffee. The communication with a host was excellent and quick. I kinda felt the vibe of Palermo in that flat - vibrant and cool, yet strangely tied to the tradition. Unlike the city though the flat was tidy and clean ;)

The apartment is perfect, the location is great, close to the center but still quiet. It's very comfy, it has everything you need for your vacations and more. Antonio is very attentive, he gave us a few tips and have some considerations with us regarding the luggage that made our trip much easier. The wifi works perfectly. Also, we stayed another day in a different apartment he manages and it was as good as this so we can't complain. We would have stayed one more day but it was already reserved. Don't hesitate to book this apartment!

Very convenient location - short walk from Palermo Centrale, a Lidl, and bus stops. Lovely to have a small private kitchen in addition to the main communal area, which includes all necessary appliances. The bed was very comfortable and the noise from outside not bad once the windows were closed. The room and whole flat felt secure. The housekeeper Cetty was very friendly and helpful despite a language barrier.

Only issue for us was the bidet was broken. Some furniture on the balcony would have been appreciated, but not a big deal!

Great location, very nice kitchen and common area, very interesting artifacts from the old building, the room was comfortable and spacious. Linens were of a nice quality . Antonio was friendly, helpful, and made it incredibly easy to find the place and check ourselves in (pictures of everything along the way!)

Be forewarned, there are 53 stairs! ( your legs will look great after your stay though)

Small rooms but everything needed is included. There is a common area with a kitchen and some places to hang out—both were mostly empty during my stay. The location is excellent, right around the corner of, but not at, the streets with all the restaurants and bars. Even better, those are not the tourist traps one finds five minutes further up around Quattro Canti.

Cleaning of the room wasn’t included, which was fine for me but the place got a bit less comfortable after a few days. Besides, get ready to climb some stairs if you book this place.

The host Antonio is very friendly and ready to help. So due to my request they fixed the clogged shower drain very-very quickly. The room was very nice and neat, I liked lying on a bed and looking up at the beautiful stucco on the ceiling after a day of walking around the city. We had all the necessary facilities like a separate shower, a hair dryer right in the room, an iron and an ironing board in the common area, a washing machine in the kitchen and clothes dryers which you may apply on a balcony. Particularly our room was looking on a main tourist street so it was quite loud all the night but if you close the window the sound isolation is nice and if you're not scared of getting cold you may use an air conditioner in such a case. I'd like to mention that the common kitchen area was just fantastic having its own vibe with all the decorative pieces, a gorgeous chandelier, books, chess, plants, etc. You can also cook there as there're all the required utensils and a big table to eat at Our neighbours in other rooms were also nice and quiet people. So I can highly recommend this place and will definitely book it again if I come back to Palermo. Special thanks to Antonio and his great attitude towards his job and guests :)

The apartment had everything that was needed. Comfortable living area, bathroom, even a kitchen and washing machine. Everything was lovely and clean. Our room had 2 balconies and room on the balcony for hanging washing. As well as what we had in the room, there was a large communal kitchen and lounge area that could be used. Antonio the host was very friendly and hospitable. It’s really central as well as being close to some great bars just around the corner. About a 15 minute walk from the train station. The self check in details were very clear and Antonio was very responsive to messages. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Palermo.

Just be mindful that there are 3 flights of stairs but in saying that, we’d definitely stay here again.

Just such a beautiful property and a wonderful host. Beautifully furnished and decorated. Extremely comfortable with everything you need for an excellent stay. Brilliant location close to excellent little wine bars and restaurants. We loved Fra Le Porte and if we could move in for good, we would! Antonio is a kind and generous host, he made sure we were comfortable and happy. Will be recommending to all our family and friends lucky enough to be visiting Palermo.
