Amazing location and a great host, who was readily available to help us via Whatsapp. The flat was very clean and with all the amenities we needed for two nights. Beautiful living room and a great bathroom.

Sound of traffic might be a problem for the weaker sleepers, but comfy bed and shutters might make up for it.

We liked the quiet feeling in that vibrant city, high ceilings and well closing windows. The location was perfect for us and to explore the city. Great neighbourhood and Manuela did all she could that we have a non complicated check in and check out.

It is a house, a house never is perfect. If I need to say something: the lift is not for the faint hearted. Small and old, really old. But we loved the charm, and liked it.

Easy to check in, spacious, great location that's close to everything & cold air conditioning! The rooms are big and the WiFi works great. Very clean and had a great kitchen with all the amenities you'd need to make or reheat food. Friendly staff

I must've missed that is was a shared space somewhere in the listing. It was a great place but not worth the sticker price for a shared space.

When I arrived in Palermo, Manuela (the host) texted me that due to a missunderstanding she will give me an other room in a different location free of charge (Kasa Makeda). The location was exeptional in the heart of the city. All the atractions were within 10 min walking distance. Manuela was so interested and caring, she just wanted everything to be smooth. And she managed to do it. The room was beyond expectations. We had coffee for the days we were there, cakes, croissants, tea, toothbrush and even emergency gadgets. Everything was perfect. Totally recommend.

There was nothing.

The apartment was very clean, the AC worked well, the bed was comfortable, and there were lots of little extras (snacks, coffee, kitchen necessities). Great location for walking to the centre or exploring the Kalsa neighbourhood. Kasa Kaletta was off the main street, so it was nice and quiet. We needed a place with a washing machine for a few days so this was a great stop for us. Easy-ish to find parking outside of the ZTL zones for the days we rented a car. Manuela was very helpful, offered personalised check-ins, and answered questions quickly!

It wasn't clear to us that the "deluxe double room with a balcony" also had a shared living space for the kitchenette. However, sharing with the guests from the other room was fine. There was also an issue with booking.com and the check-in date, but Manuela sorted it out and put us in a nice private apartment next door for our first night.

Great location. We'll kept apartment. The host has thought of everything and all suppies you could ever need wete available. Would definitely recommend.

This appartment is on the 3rd floor so if you're not good with stairs the maybe not the best for you. Thete is a lift but I think it's for goods only.

Manuela was very attentive and gave all necessary details. A late arrival and during misplacement of the keys on our part she was understanding and responsive. An excellent host. The property balcony was perfect with a very nice kitchen and living space. The bedroom was very comfortable with a stylish and clean private bath. I would come back again in the future.

The apartments were right in the centre of Palermo and a short walk from lots of the sights. We were a group of 9 so had 2 apartments but they were very close together just on the opposite side of the road from each other. Manuela the host was so helpful and left clear instructions for accessing the properties, and even provided some lovely tea and coffee and snacks for us.

We liked everything. My only suggestion would be more keys for the quadruple room as some of our party enjoyed staying out later than others!

It was a shared apartment, but most of the time I haf it gor myself. I liked the closeness to the harbor and plenty of restaurants

It was a 10 minutes walk from the busstation. It wasn’t so bad for me but others might find the streets a bit uncomfortable

The apartment is beautiful and the view from the window and balcony is amazing 😍 I am very grateful for the hospitality and kindness of the owner

The shower in the bathroom is old and needs to be repaired or replaced
