Located in central Palermo near many tourist attractions and restaurants within walking distance (including one restaurant literally outside the front door), but in a 'real' neighborhood, not a tourist zone. The elevator was really appreciated for taking luggage to our room (3rd floor; 4th for Americans). Breakfast was very good: pastries, bread, yogurt, juice, good coffee or tea. We would happily stay here again.

I liked everything: the central location, the friendly staff, the comfortable room with traditional furniture, the kettle with coffee and tea bags, the view from my balcony.

It would have been nice to have a rubbish bin in my room, not just the little bin in the bathroom.

The host were so nice and helpful. The girls were incredibly helpful. The kitchen was so helpful and they had 24 hours RO water supply. The breakfast was incredibly tasty especially the fruits and the croissants. Location was perfect just in the centre of main street. Overall a very good experience and a 10 out of 10.

The location is excellent. The surroundings are cozy and alive. Staff is friendly and gave us a lot information for the city. Breakfast is very good with fresh fruits.

It's easy to get into the building, but it took us quite a time and walked up and down to find the exact door. It would be good if the sign of the property is more obvious.

Centrally located but the street is not too loud, room was clean and traditional. Self check-in very practical.

We can hear the neighbours in the morning, so take your earplugs if you want to sleep over :)

The property was very clean and the air conditioning worked very well to keep the room cool, while it was scorching outside. The staff was extremely friendly. The place was also very centrally located.

Beautiful building, we felt like coming the old historical Sicily. The views were AMAZING. The staff was so nice, really helpful with all our doubts, felt like at home!

The setting of the room could be better but definitely worth for the views, the location and the price :)
