The location is fantastic with everything you need to see within walking distance. Quattro Canti is a ‘happening’ centre of Palermo. Lots of activity, restaurants, shops etc. The music from this area is wonderful to hear and watch. The apartment itself is clean, spacious and comfortable.

The music late into the night. Solid double glass windows help to block it out so if you have had a busy day, as we did, you will sleep despite the music. The Luke warm water in the shower was a disappointment.

Right next door to the where we were to meet our tour group the following day. Very clean. Nice breakfast. Yep bathrooms input unit, plus nice closet with a safe.

A little quirky checking in on a Sunday. Management sent instructions with video to access the building and then directed us to the open office door where we found our keys with instructions to photograph our passports and a credit card authorization form (even though we prepaid) and send via email or WhatsApp to the main office. Our traveling companions had to get their key from another office where the door was locked. Fortunately, my key fob was able to open their door so they could access their keys. My key fob didn’t work on the main door at the street, but our companion’s did. Again, a little kluge.

The location was perfect in the centre of town making walking easy. The small balcony meant we could view the street and activities. The breakfast fruit and yogurt was the best thing to order for breakfast. The ice old water cooler was easy to access on our floor. The bathrooms were spacious and housekeeping refreshed the room on a daily basis. While there was noone on site they were always very prompt with responding to any emails.

Dont bother with the croissants they were stodgy and I suspect heated in a microwave.

Everything. Staff were amazing. Beautiful building. Room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed and more. Bathroom spacious and clean. Great shower. Lovely balcony with great view. Great breakfast. Central location, yet it was quiet at night and we couldn’t hear anything from the streets. Close to train station and port. Bed was comfortable.

Even though breakfast tasted amazing and you can choose from a long list of options, I wish we could have swapped a slice of cake for a boiled egg (for example).

Fantastic location, modern facilities, very clean, great sized rooms.

On the first night, one of the bedrooms could only get scalding hot water… it was the same throughout the third floor. We were not compensated. Didn’t like having to pre order breakfast and there wasn’t anywhere for five people to easily eat breakfast together. The lighting in the bathrooms was very dark… no good for applying makeup or shaving. Our safe was locked open, we asked for it to be sorted but it wasn’t so we couldn’t use it at all.

This cute hidden apartment was perfect for our 2 night stay. So modern and clean and the bathroom was nice and big! Breakfast was custom to what we chose and delivered to our door on time. Great service! The room was also beautiful. The location was perfect and amongst all the popular streets with restaurants and shops.

It was a little difficult to find at first. We hired a car and because of the strict traffic rules and limited parking it was hard to locate with all our luggage. However once we did the owner gave us clear instructions on how to enter. It would have been nice to see someone on check in or check out. It was all self service. But no biggie.

Location is excellent, very central and the balconies overlook a very popular square. The breakfast was incredible, the best hotel breakfast I have ever had!

There is no lift and the you also have to lift your suitcases over the door frame (approx 40cm high) to get it. Not a problem if you are travelling light but with a suitcase it was quite a workout

Location was excellent. Staff very helpful. We had a large room overlooking the road. There is no lift so be prepared to carry your luggage upstairs. Lots of street music so be prepared. We loved the vibe, but it is noisy.

The toilet had a glass door so there was no privacy. Never seen that before.

Excellent place right in the center of old Palermo. Walking distance to train station, Cathedral, old Market, restaurants, shops and many other local attractions. Excellent breakfast served in the room or in the lunch room. Great tips given at check in.

This place cannot get a straight 10 because of the high amount of steps to climb and reach the front desk, plus an additional floor if located in the upper one. No one offered to help. If you are a person not strong enough to go up stairs carrying baggage this place is not good for you.

The location cannot be beat - just steps from the center of Palermo. Breakfast was delicious and can be served in your room, or in the common area. The bathroom is large and modern, with a large shower. The room also had a nice balcony, too small for chairs, but nice to open and hear the sounds of the city. Lots of steps, and no staffed front desk, if that matters to you.
