The staff were good, friendly at breakfast despite our lack of Italian. The location was a 500m? walk from the bus station where we caught the airport bus. Easy walking from the hotel to sights, shops and the market. The night manager was very helpful.

At 11pm it took us a couple of looks to determine this was the hotel. It occupies. one floor of a several level building, there is a different hotel on the next floor. It would be useful to advise that in the communication. Just a comment not a negative.

Excellent location as near the train station. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely, good coffee. Thank you very much, we enjoyed our short stay. Good for short stays as easy access to trains and busses going to the airport.

Nothing to complain. We were not expecting luxury. The hotel was old and charming. There was noice from the streets - so not for those that find it disturbing. We did not mind as it was nice to sit on the balcony and look at the action :-) Would have been nice if the rooms would have had a kettle and coffee.

This Hotel is great, in the main street, a 10 min walk from Palermo station. Its a old style hotel which is in a beautiful old Palermo building. Nice helpful staff at reception. you can store your luggage there after you checkout. Supermarket across the street and a short walk 30 mins to the centre of the old part of Palermo. There is a good breakfast which you can eat on the small balconies in the breakfast room. The wifi is a bit slow in the room but a nice sitting area outside my room where it worked fine. I will stay there next time for sure.

Breakfast was good, great coffee, nice choice of pasteries, cold meat etc. It was the perfect location to explore central Palermo on foot, lots of restaurants. It was a short walk to the train and bus stations. Very friendly and helpful staff.

There was nightly garbage pickup on the side street by the hotel..Some nights it was noisy for about 15 minutes..Otherwise it was very quiet.

The location in Palermo's historic centre was great, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The staff were really nice, friendly and very helpful. Although the hotel is on the upper floor of a large building there is a lift, important for us as we both had large suitcases! Hotel Reception was open 24 hours. There was a laundry directly across the street which washed our clothes in a few hours. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Palermo.

There was no kettle in the room. The breakfast was fairly minimal (lots of cakes but no eggs or fresh fruit) but that was reflected in the low price - but on the plus side they did serve excellent decaf coffee!

The breakfast was excellent The location was excellent too It was very clean and the room was big. The WiFi was excellent. In the bathroom the water was very hot and with a good pressure The staff was very helpful and nice

The furniture and the tile floor were old The shower cabin was small It was noisey outside at night around an hour because the city was collected the garbage during the night

It's a nice hotel for a great prince close to everything in Palermo. Super friendly staff, good location, great price. Bonus: you get woken up by smell of freshly baked croissants. I absolutely loved it there, also because we could choose between a room on the street side with balcony and quiet room on the other side. We chose the latter and it was super calm.

As we do not speak Italian, it was very much appreciated that the staff understood what we wanted and checking in was easy. Thank you for that. Breakfast was very good. Nice variety. Location was awesome. We could walk everywhere.

Location is perfect close to train and bus station, sights, bars and restaurants. Very clean and basic.

Shower in bathroom was very small and needs updating but will say the pressure and temp was good.

The hotel del Centro is close to the train station and close to the city center were most of attraction, churches and restaurant are. Everything is walking distance. The hotel is clean ,the room spacious and so the bathroom. The breakfast at the hotel has good option. The hotel is quiet and we slept really well, our room had two balcony. There is a receptionist 24 hours. Staff is very friendly,and extremely helpful. Staff customers service are at a level of a 5 star hotel. The quality of of the service, the position of accomodation , and the cleaning standard make this hotel an excellent value for the money . There is also a lift.
