Very helpful staff with excellent English. Enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony, excellent croissants and coffee. Lovely room with all amenities. Close to train and bus station, plus easy walk to main tourist attractions.

As we expected a small hotel with clear signage it was difficult to locate at 11pm with no lighting. We also expected someone to be present when we arrived and were not expecting the complications of a code to open the inner door.

The breakfast was very good and the location is excellent. Only a short walk from the train station and within walking distance of most landmarks and interesting sites. Close to the ocean and to parks like the botanical gardens. There was a supermarket nearby fro buying food. Beds were excellent--I slept well every night.

Only the most minor of things-- the plumbing made noise.

Breakfast was fine. Fresh croissants, you could choose type. Fresh juice, cereal good. Served on Trolley in room.

The breakfasts were only served from about 8am onwards. I needed to be out by 8am on a number of occasions and would have liked breakfast from 7. However, they did offer a voucher for a nearby cafe. It was a bit noisy at night from motorbikes being ridden through the local streets. This did not go on all night though.

true authentic Sicilian style apartment with modern decor in rooms. Area was a central location, so everything in walking distance. fab take on breakfast, delivered on trolley. cream croissants so fresh and tasty and many other things to chose from. Adriana and Stefano fab hosts

may be a daily check on rooms to replenish tea, coffee, empty bins etc.

Super comfy room right in centre of Palermo and right next to train station which made coming and going so easy. The hosts were fantastic and super friendly and spoke English which really helped as my Italian is lacking. Fresh coffee and pastrys in the morning for brecfast were yummy. Definitely a great spot to stay when visiting Palermo.

Our host Adry was absolutely lovely. She was welcoming, offered great local recommendations and nothing was too difficult. Rooms were clean, location central and the breakfast comprised of the best filled cornetti we have tasted thus far on our trip! Thanks Adry! We would recommend to our friends.

loved the location, very close to train station, so easy for transfers to airport & also for main fights of the area. The apartment was very well presented & clean. The staff, especially Adry, went above & beyond with their communication before, during & after our stay, including how best to get there, sights to visit & recommendations for restaurants etc

if you visit, remember to close the lift doors properly, it’s a long way up all those stairs! Otherwise no complaints at all!

Property was good, just suggest trying to arrive in the daylight so it’s easier to find, however great location to tour about.

The location was great, close to markets and transport. The room was beautiful and we loved having the breakfast available each morning.

The bed was a little uncomfortable but it would not deter us from staying here again.

a proper breakfast! real coffee and delicious pastry - which you can take on your room. hostess was lovely - v friendly. Room spacious and airy.

nothing actively disliked - tho better sound proofing of the windows would be good
