The location is great and the rooms are comfortable. It has a decadent Sicilian style I liked a lot. Great attention from Andrea; he was kind and helpful, by messages and in person.

We missed having thick curtains in the living rooms when used for sleeping. There were too much light in the early morning. There is a too small place to have breakfast and we were a group of 14. The man in charge was rude with us; the maidens very nice.

How old building and flat was utilized as B&B tourist model. Also, rooms in the apartment are wide range, have a lot of space, and comfortable look. Moreover, the garden had a barbeque in a common area, so a plus for that also.

I would suggest a renewal of a shower cabin. The staff who was in the breakfast area and the main contact did not know English, but anyways other contacts who are in charge of our staying knew English, so everything was fine and they were hospitable. :)

Spacious. We were travelling as a couple and a single friend, so great to have a large living room as well as 2 bedrooms

We expected to have coffee making facilities in the room - but staff were helpful and provided a jug and cups on request. Some minor issues in bathroom - eg hand basin leaked. On our final day staff asked us to make a donation to homeless in exchange for a rosary - boss was not there, so were a bit suspicious

Excellent value. Good location, close to both the Stazione and the bars/eateries of La Kalsa. The staff was very attentive to making sure our stay was comfortable, (e.g. promptly fixed the shower head) Strong AC. Good TV. Charming furnishings. We would definitely stay here again.

The WiFi connection was uneven.

The owner Andrea is a wonderful host, always there to help and assist, the staff is very friendly, the breakfast keep you full till lunch that you can enjoy in the beautiful Palermo center. The location is just where you need to be to have good time in Palermo

The accommodation was nice, good location , very close to central station. We stayed only one night, comparing to other accomodation we stayed in Palermo at the beginning of our holiday, this one was super good:) The guy in the reception was very nice, helpful, check in went very smooth. We had small issue with shower - broken shower hose, but staying only one night we did not claim it. The place looked very nice. I would recommend it.

Bathroom need a small repair.

Staff went up and beyond to help and answer any questions even we haven't spoken Italian and they didn't speak English
