Clean, cosy and well located, with all facilities. Ruslan is a great guy, reliable and friendly. The building is new, very close to Central Station and safe. Roof terrace is stunning. Just be nice to people and they will treat you the same.

I had no problems at all. I read bad comments about this accomodation but I found nothing to dislike. Yes, it is noisy, but that's the vibe of Palermo and Italy. If you need silence, you choose other country.

We had a fantastic 4-day stay at this apartment in Palermo. The location was perfect — close to the city center, local markets, and great restaurants, making it easy to explore everything the city has to offer. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. It had all the essentials for a short stay, including a well-equipped kitchen and reliable Wi-Fi. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well, which made the apartment a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The host was friendly and responsive, offering helpful tips for getting around and places to visit. Check-in and check-out were smooth and convenient. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Palermo and would gladly stay here again!

Location is just 3-4 mins walk from Palermo Central Station, bus stops n tram stop. The adjoining streets nearby seems quite safe n clean compared to some other areas. Excellent service from Ruslan, the staff who attended to us was very helpful and friendly. The apartment is spacious and quite clean, but the cleanliness of floor and corners of bathroom was a bit dirty n dusty. The bath n hand towels looks very old n not so clean, we washed all the towels before using them (luckily there is a washing machine and we brought some disposable towels after reading some reviews about the towels). Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the apartment.

The lock of the unit was very difficult to open, had to find the precise way n technic to open it. On the kitchen table top, there was Only One Socket behind the coffee machine and kettle. The microwave oven was at the other end of table top and there wasn’t any socket next to it. Therefore, if there is a need of using the microwave, have to move it to the socket. 😅

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment! The location was excellent – very close to the train station and just a short walk from the city center. There were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, all within easy walking distance. Since we visited during the off-season, parking was never a problem – we always found a spot right away. The apartment itself was spacious, modern, and well-equipped. The beds were very comfortable, and everything felt fresh and clean. We especially appreciated the terrace and the jacuzzi – such a nice bonus! The man at the reception was also very friendly and helpful. All in all, a great place to stay

This was the perfect place for me in Palermo, but I am an experienced traveler and do not need the support of a front desk. Someone who feels less secure on their own, might want to think twice. But having said that I felt very confident that had I needed help, I could get it. My contact person was Greta, and she was lovely and helpful. I would have had no hesitation in seeking her assistance. The apartment was very spacious and very well equipped. The balcony was a plus! It was generally quiet, and I felt safe. The location was also a plus. I walked everywhere in the historic center and the property is close to the train, tram, bus station plus any shopping a traveler would need. Be advised that the rooms are not cleaned unless one pays a fee. This was all right with me. I kept the room neat and did not need the cleaning.

Excellent location with the option to park a car for a fee, although there’s plenty of free parking in the neighbourhood. Lots of cafes and local eateries around, and a good gelateria across the road. Lidl is just 7 minutes away. Closest tourist spots are around 10 minutes walk. The terrace is nice to use for a break from sightseeing or after the beach and gives a stunning view of Palermo. Ruslan in the office is very nice and super helpful. He was very responsive to messages for any queries we had. The accommodation is very clean and comes with some kitchen equipment. There was a balcony where clothes can be put out to dry. I would definitely book here again.

We stayed in a one-bedroom flat for 4 people and the sofa bed was uncomfortable. Also we had to leave the bedroom and the kitchen door open during the night as the air con unit is in the corridor but it was a bit noisy

Lots of space in apartment & cooking/cleaning facilities available. Roof terrace was a lovely spot for breakfast. Hot tubs were a big hit. Great location.

It could have been cleaner - floors were a little dirty & shower doors smelled. Balcony railing didn’t feel fully secure as it is only screwed in at bottom not the top too (on 8th floor 😩) so with a toddler we felt safer using the rooftop terrace. Could be quite noisy from 6/7am hearing cleaners move tables etc in other rooms/upstairs and curtains didn’t cover the windows fully so not blackout unfortunately - not the best sleeps

Palermo is a busy, vibrant city and this location was convenient for all the amenities, train/bus station, shops, Lidl supermarket, Gelato cafes, restaurants that we needed but might be a little too noisy for some (there's always a compromise to be had between accessible amenities and transport links and tranquility!). 15-20 minutes walk to most of the old town sites, cathedral and and marina/seafront. The wrap around terrace was superb with access to shade or sun as you pleased at all times of the day. Tables and chairs were available on the terrace and also a clothes dryer. Views were great over the city. There was a nice welcome with a few essentials like water, coffee, shampoo and soap in the shower room and washing up liquid. Bring a couple of washing machine soap capsules if you might need to wash clothes, towels or bedding halfway through the week. For a couple the apartment was spacious, but whilst capable of taking 4, the sofabed would occupy the whole of the lounge space so not much room to move around (not that we ever sat inside!).

A little noisy location but on the 8th floor you don't feel like you're in the middle of it. I thought the solarium and hot tubs were on the same floor, but was disappointed to have our evening privacy interrupted by people using the solarium quite late at night and looking down on our terrace from above but this didn't happen often so consider that quite a minor point against an otherwise great apartment. Shame they had not kept the plants alive on the terrace - better to have a few hardy flowering shrubs and water them or remove the dead plants completely. WARNING: Do not attempt to drive in Palermo unless you have done this before in similar countries! There are no rules!

Perfect location, easy to get to by car, just outside the old center with its traffic restrictions. The apartment is modern and spacious, the windows block out any traffic noise. There's a heating/ air condition combination. Netflix/Amazon prime etc can be watched on the flat screen TV via cable. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for preparing a meal. There's a wonderful roof terrace equipped with tables, chairs and deck chairs that tenants can use, beautiful views over the city and surrounding areas, perfect for a post-sightseeing drink or meal. Everyone was very friendly with our two big dogs. Parking for 10 Euros/24h is available about 150m away in case the private parking spaces of the accommodation are all taken. Luggage can be unloaded in front of the building in any case. Lots of little shops, bars and restaurants in the area. Great for bread and a daily changing choice of tasty cooked dishes (vegetables, fish etc) is the panificio Trentecoste just across the street.

If I must say something ... a tea pot would have been nice.

It is extremely convenient. 2 blocks from the train station. This is on the nicer side of the train station. Although we have a car and they only have 4 spaces for parking. You can't reserve it beforehand, first come, first serve, so it is really a draw out of the hat. It happened when we arrived, there was no parking, but you could definitely park outside on the street. The parking space free up after rush hour and we had no problem parking there for 2 nights which saved us 30€. Ruslan was very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and minimal with all the plates and utensils. It feels like you've rented an apt. It even has a washing machine. The upstairs terrace was great for a nightcap with a mountain view. I am sure it would be nicer during the day. The suite is also 10 min away from some great restaurants and bars at Piazza Rivoluzione.

Even though the apt. is minimal, but it does need some small additional items to make it even nicer. 1. Coat hooks. Somewhere to hang jackets once entered. 2. Not enough plugs. Remember to bring a multi-plug extension cord. 3. A shelf in the bathroom over the sink would be great to put toothbrushes and other small items on. 4. Our room was very bright in the morning. The thick curtain only covers half the window, although a light-lining curtain is under it. In other words, you can't really sleep in.
