Close to old town and Palermo Centrale with easy access to the bus and train. Cleaning every day and fresh towels,very good breakfast, staff were very polite and friendly, smooth and easy to check in/out, great place to stay for two nights to explore the city .

The mattress wasn't too comfortable, but the duvet sets were clean and had a fresh smell which is great !

The location, the value, the place was spotless and very comfortable, the staff Alessia and Nadia were so welcoming, attentive and friendly to the guests, and the breakfast was excellent too. The communication before my stay re how to access property etc was excellent. I also got excellent recommendations for where to eat within 3-10 min walk.

There was nothing I was very happy with this choice.

Very nice staff. Everything was really clean and the room big. Also a big plus was the fridge with free juices and drinks. The breakfast was also really good

Unfortunatelly, as it is near the train station, it is quite noisy. Especially in the night when the locals drive around with very loud music. Also there was no elevator, so we had to carry our bags two floors up

Great location for easy access to Central Station and bus station. Lots local restaurant options within a block and area was safe. Bedroom is large and very clean. Excellent breakfast provided. Staff are wonderful and having ability to check in early or just leave our bags before and after our stay really assisted.

Pay attention to access instructions as access is via an alternative address. Bathroom is small with very small shower recess. Also has an awkward step into bathroom. Shower water pressure changes (drops) with others showing at same time. Air conditioner in our room was not so effective when we were there but we did report to property.

Very well operated. Communication with owner was good. Soundproofing on main road was essential. Bright room with ensuite. Breakfast was good. Staff were lovely.

Shower could of been alot cleaner. Step in bathroom was a little dangerous. Bed was very low.

Well-run, extremely clean, with a great breakfast including friendly personal service. I never would have expected such a nice place so close to the train station. The doors to the balcony effectively eliminated street noise - not that there was so much traffic on that street.

Very clean, bright rooms. Tasty breakfast and great location in the heart of Palermo. Highly recommend.

We had a bathroom outside our room (private though), which was a bit inconvenient in the morning - we had to cross the dining hall while going to the bathroom. It was a short stay, so it wasn’t that big of a deal after all.

Staff phenomenal , great and fast breakfast , always full fridge , always good coffee

If you go by car , your parking spot depends on your luck , there is no designated spaces for the B&B , only if you find on the streets around

The women that served breakfast and maintained the rooms saved the visit for us. They worked tirelessly. Their attitudes and willingness to make everything as good as possible was commendable.

The building itself, the severely cramped bathroom with multi level floor was a nightmare to navigate. Although some of the bedrooms don't have a bathroom in the room at all. I guess we were lucky. The shower doors didn't close and the shower wall tiles were popping off the wall.

The room is very clean and confortable. the personnel is very nice and hospitable with a various breakfast.

the space where breakfast is taken is next to the rooms and there is noise in the morning. the bathrooms are outside the room, in the hallway and it's a little uncomfortable.
