The location is very comfortable - right next to the train station. It's also not as rough as I expected. The staff was very pleasant and helpful, and the room was large and even had two (!) nice balconies. Overall, at the price we were offered, it was very good value for money, and I am happy to recommend this hotel.

The hotel is supposed to be a 4*, but it clearly is not by the standards of most countries (and of most cities in Italy). That said, it still offers very good value for money, so as long as your expectations are not tied with the 4* rating, you will likely be satisfied. The only real minus is the breakfast, which is truly disappointing. If we are applying star ratings, it would be what you would expect from a 2* property.

Perfect for an early morning bus to airport, 100 metres from the bus, was clean and met our needs for suitable accomodation. We dropped bags off at 10am and explored Palermo and checked in after 3. We did not get to see breakfast as we left early but 24 hour reception was encouraging. Made check out easy.

Just note apart from a fridge there is nothing in the room, coffee, glasses etc.

The location is ideal since it was opposite the train station and 2 minutes and less away. The train station was the other side of the road. The location allows for easy commute upon arrival in Palermo and exit from Palermo The public transport is very efficient and the buses are outside the train station. I like the hotel given its location and it’s safe and secure. The hotel is a simple one and very cost efficient

The run off for the bath water in the shower was faulty. Each time I showered the water was not running down the drain pipe speedily. The water overflowed into the bath room and spilled into the bed room It became a nuisance. There was clearly a problem with that drain pipes.

Practical location for visiting old center...and close to train and bus station for onward travel

The area around the hotel is a bit decrepit...some garbage lying around a many buildings seemingly in serious need of TLC

Very nice staff and good breakfast. Excellent location if you need to catch a train or bus. It was an emergency last minute booking and I had no problems extending my stay for another night.

I had to ask for the wifi password and then I could not connect and had to use mobile data.

After staying at the hotel, I sent a message asking for letters confirming stays and prices for 3 separate rooms that I reserved, but my message was just ignored.

Easy access to airport. Clean rooms with 24 hr staff at the desk makes it feel safer.

The street outside was noisy during the day and evening but eventually quiet at night.

Across the train station, the location was incredible. The staff was the best. Super nice and friendly. The breakfast was excellent and the service too.

Hotel is near to the train station but is calm and quiet there. It was very clean inside, bed was very comfortable and there is AC. Breakfast served at the hotel was very diverse and tasty.

WiFi was not working but it was not huge issue for us.
