Staff were so helpful and accommodating, even reversing my car out of a very tight corner when we left. Huge bedrooms which were spotlessly. clean. The garden was a delight and a lovely, quiet place for an evening glass of wine with pizza brought in from a local bar. Situated next door to the botanic gardens, the hotel was an easy walk from the Piazza Bellini, the great Norman Arab Cathedral and the Royal Chapel with its stunning golden mosaics. And just a ten minute walk from the train station to catch the train for a day out in Cefalu.

The pillows weren’t brilliant. I’m a bit fussy about my pillows!

This is an old fashioned hotel with an old but nevertheless charming interior. Right next to the Botanical Gardens (a must)! As long as you enter the old town right on the other side of the street you will be charmed by the neighbourhood. The hotel is a good starting point to explore the old town with the famous market nearby and all attractions on walking distance. The hotel has a parking!!

Th staff consists of a couple of somewhat stiff men who are not radiating a lot of fun out of their work but they are very adapted to their job.

Hotel went above and beyond my expectations- room was clean, quiet and air con worked well! Shower was great, room was nice and spacious, everything you could want in a room was there. It is in a nice location about 20 mins from the centre of Palermo but I didn’t mind the walk. Hotel staff were very nice and helpful and the room was a very reasonable price.

The staff was incredibly friendly, the room was very clean and lovely. The bed was very comfortable, the shower had good water pressure and there was a fridge in the room. Breakfast had a good range of options and the fresh juice was highly appreciated. The hotel is very well located, close to the station where the airport shuttle has its final stop, close to the waterfront and 15 minute walk from the central sightings.

This Hotel was like a safe harbour in a storm. Our original accommodation in Palermo was a scam and we were very relieved to be able to find this Hotel which felt so secure and clean. The gentlemen running the hotel were very professional. The room was spacious and comfortable and the bed was great with high quality linen. We had a very sound nights sleep. To top it off, a very nice breakfast with warm rolls, fresh juice, coffee and the best croissants of all time!! Thank you!

This is an older hotel that was very comfortable with a very helpful 24-hr staff . We had a rental car and especially enjoyed the helpful staff, free parking, in-room air conditioning and refrigerator, and functional elevator. Restaurants, a grocery store, and street food are available within a short walking distance.

Our room did not have an in-room safe. Breakfast was not included with the room.

The staff were helpful and always around. They helped me organize a ride to the airport at 4:15am for a 6 am flight and that went smoothly. the room was big and clean, and the hotel is easy to find with street parking around it. Right near the botanical gardens and several nice food options.

The decor was boring, and the terrace was as well - including lots of bird poop - not really a place to sit and relax.

Very welcoming hotel and the owners and staff all so kind and helpful. Lovely room with a view over the gardens. There is a really nice garden area to sit for an apertivo in the evening. Also, we had a lovely breakfast (for an additional charge) which was really good. The hotel is a beautiful old building in an ideal spot for sightseeing. A short walk from the marina and lots of good shopping!

They have a parking lot which they allowed me to come and park before check in and also allowed me to keep the car as i had a late ferry to naples. the room size and the facilities inside were better then i expected. the owner and the staff were pretty hands on for any info that was needed

Comfortable and quiet and just far enough away from the central busy tourist spots. It's in an area that seems a little rough around the edges but it's actually really close to some excellent restaurants and cafes. The room was clean and comfortable. For us the car parking (at no extra cost) was a real bonus.
