It was clean and the owner was very nice and helpful. We had sweet breakfast pastries every morning and in the last day it was a small tasty cannollo, which was amazing. I loved that we actually had a coffee machine and they restocked the capsules every morning, we also had options for hot chocolate and tea. Also close to the bus station and a 20 minute walk to the old center. Many restaurants around with a lot of options and the host recommended us a list of great places. Offered to also keep our luggage for free after checkout if we needed to. I also loved that we had blinds and we could sleep amazing in the morning with no light coming in. I highly recommend the place.

Property is in center. I was able to walk everywhere. Sandro was very pleasant, kind and attentive, spoke English very well. The room had a very high decorative ceilings and charming. He arranged me a driving service to pick me up from the airport. Every morning l got my Italian sweets in the basket that dedicated to my room in the common area. Third day l moved to bigger room at the back which had a different charming. The apartment is close to main attractions but l was also experienced the local people which was interesting. I recommend this room anyone who wants to have an authentic Palermo experience.

Good check in and checkout instructions and a lovely and very responsive host. The beds were comfy and the shower was had good water pressure and temperature. The breakfast provided in the morning was delicious. Location was also really good. Convenience stores and restaurants right at your doorstep. Highly recommend for anyone needing accommodation near the port.

Sad never to meet the host - everything done by electronic communication - including, somewhat weirdly, the remote opening of the front door when you first arrive. Decent sized room but poor attention to cleanliness both in the bathroom - mould growing in the shower - and in the bedroom: the pillows absolutely reeked of the great unwashed. Not the most delectable of fragrances unless olfactorily challenged in the highest degree. But otherwise fine for character, location and convenience.

Location was great. We were close to all the main attractions but nice and quiet during the night. The room is small but cozy and has everything you need. A coffee machine, a basket with coffee pods, tea even milk to make cappuccino. Also jams, toast and praline for breakfast. The fridge was stocked with water and juice. The owner brought us fresh croissants every morning. You eat your breakfast at your own room, which personally I loved. Our room also had a small balcony. The owner also sended us recommendations of restaurants, cafes, attractions and was 1 message away if we needed something. I have nothing negative to write, we had a great time.

Everything was fine

The hospitality, cleanliness, comfort, and host. The place was a happy respite coming from major cities in Italy like Rome and Naples. The free breakfast and pastries were so great to have included. They also helped arrange for a driver to come pick us up from the airport and bring us to the B&B. They were so nice! This was the 9th place we have stayed on our journey across Italy ending with the 5 days in Sicily.

We wish we could have stayed more than a day.

A really cosy, secure place with a beautiful interior, looks just like at the photos. The owner is very kind and helpfull. Everything was clean, a comfortable bed, big shower, sound-proof room. Good location - close to a shopping street and a walking distance to the old city center, the bus stop from where you can take a direct bus to Mondello beach is just 15 min by walk, which was great as we wanted to combine a beach time and a sight-seing. You get your own keys and the door can be open also remotly, which was perfect as we could leave our luggage in the entrance hall throught the day at the end of our stay and pick it up in the evening by simply texting the owner:) We are happy we could stay here!

The B&B is located on the second floor of a walk up building. Our room was spacious, beautiful and very comfortable. We loved the balcony in our room. Sandro, our host was phenomenal. We unfortunately got stuck in Céfalu on a day trip due to fires in the area and we really felt his concern for us. He was kind enough to let us check out later since we didn’t get back to Palermo until almost 2:00 am. His kindness and helpfulness made our stay even more special. If we ever return to Palermo we will stay here again without a doubt.

From the beginning till the end, I liked all. The location is very quiet, close to the free beach or Lido, where you pay, but you can choose. Also, the bus station is close, shops, restaurants, ice cream shops, and the city center is a few bus stops away. Every morning, Francesco, the owner of the location, waited for us to wake up with a delicious fresh breakfast. I was also able to cook, the kitchen is fully equipped. Francesco is a real tourist guide, I received recommendations for spending free time, restaurant recommendations.. Last but not least, he drove us with his car in the city when we needed it, which is something great! A great experience. I highly recommend!
