Very welcoming and friendly host who eagerly shared lots of helpful information and recommendations during our visit to Palermo. She was always available to reach over the phone if we had any issues or questions. We were given a free upgrade to a slightly larger room with a sofa included. The room was modern, clean and spacious for the price. The room was cleaned everyday, and fresh towels were provided every 2 days. We were allowed to check-in at 11am, we checked out at 10am and were also allowed to store our baggage on our last day.

It was noisy at night due to outside traffic, cause we were on the 1st floor. The Wi-Fi was not very strong, I preferred just using mobile data. No other issues.

Nadia our host was amazing! She upgraded us and was extremely helpful with showing us places to see. The apartment location was perfect for sightseeing and getting around. Apartment was spacious and spotless with a lovely balcony. Absolutely 10/10 for the actual apartment.

Only complaint I have is on the availability of parking. After our long trip we wanted to park the car for the 2 days in Palermo. Although there is free street parking around the apartment it was never available. We drove around for over an hour around the accommodation after our arrival and eventually paid 35 euros to park in an underground parking for the night. The next morning we set the alarm for 7 am to move the car to free parking and had to ride around for another 40 minutes until we found a spot approximately a 10 minute walk from the apartment.

Excellent position within easy walking distance of the airport shuttle bus and all that Palermo has to offer. The apartment is spotlessly clean and beautifully done with an extremely comfortable bed. Nadia is a wonderful host giving tips throughout our stay and the check in process is very clear and easy. The balcony overlooks a busy roundabout which didn’t disturb us at all (top tip take ear plugs if you are a light sleeper)

Nadia was amazing and gave me easy instructions on how to enter the premises. The apartment was in a very nice location and the room was super comfy with a coffee machine, tv and a balcony. There is a laundry service right underneath and nothing is that far to walk to 15min +. I felt safe in this area and Nadia was only a whattsapp message away, always ready to assist me.

The room was excellent - large, well-furnished, and very comfortable. The location is ideal, just steps away from the Piazza Ruggero Settimo (where there is a convenient stop for the Palermo airport shuttle) and walking distance from the historical center of Palermo. Nadia was a wonderful host, giving us lots of information about the city and answering all our questions.

The only thing to note is that the room is next to a busy roundabout, so some street noise is to be expected. On the other hand, the sound proofing between the rooms is quite good, as we did not hear the other guests.

The location was fantastic. The doorman, Alexandro was fantastic. Lots of activities near by to occupy my free time. Nadia, our host was enthusiastic and very informative. I really enjoyed Spinnato, coffee shop.

The city had too much trash and the roads need maintenance. That was really the only thing I did not like. Loved the vibe of the city.

The suite is nicely appointed but fairly basic. The host is amazing - very responsive and has tons of local knowledge and recommendations. We found the location to be convenient- a bit out of the core so less noisy than others we have heard about. About a 20 minute walk to the thick the tourist area.

Lovely room in a great location! Easy access to all the attractions Palermo has to offer - easily walkable. Great links for buses to Mondello Beach and the airport. Great and responsive host - always there for help and support on WhatsApp. Would definitely recommend.

We had the best possible stay here!! Nadia you were fantastic your knowledge was impeccable and made our stay 10/10. Room upgraded was amazing! The special touch of balloons and champagne for my husbands 40th really was amazing. Organisation of taxi to and from airport was also amazing. If you want to stay in Palermo this is the place to stay!! Totally will recommend to all. Wonderful stay!! We will be back! 🩷

Very good communication with the owner, everything was clear. The location is very good, close to everything which is needed. It’s clean and tidy. Internet world really good. Was good that we were allowed to check out at 11 AM instead of 10 AM, thanks for that!
