very good breakfast!

My friend was ovechaeged, had a bad oordour in her room , floors not cleaned and and not respnded to and that dimmed my experience!!

The single room was excellent. A very good bed of perhaps 125 cm wide. A usable desk. High quality materials used to make it, like the drawers and the wardrobe. Bathroom fine. Everything very clean and maintained daily. Stuff in the fridge. Lovely space. Breakfast with real scrambles eggs, not the powdery based omelet most western hotels provide. Some cold cooked fresh vegetables also at breakfast for your vitamines. In a rooftop veranda. Helpful, if sometimes very busy, breakfast staff. Very good price.

The walk of 1,5 to 2 km to the old centre is what sets the fair roomprice. But it's a nice walk along streets with 19th century or older history. The reception staff was less helpful sometimes. They were not able or willing to give a good suggestion for a restaurant at a minute or two walk away after you have returned from a full day of walking. They do exist though. Uber works fine in Palermo, but you have to walk to a square nearby to be picked up. The reception was vague about that too. I missed a bar in the hotel or simply some drinks in the lobby. Staff sometimes forgets to lower the shades a bit at breakfast and then it gets unpleasantly warm.

Lovely rooftop, great views from up there and really peaceful away from the busy streets. Great breakfast, fruits, croissants, coffee etc… Super clean and modern hotel.

Stayed in April, 26 degrees outside and was told the aircon wasn’t available yet as it was still ‘winter’. The room was like a furnace. Complained twice to get the aircon to be turned on. Rooftop isn’t open all the time. After a busy day of walking around the city, I was looking forward to sitting on the terrace with my book, but told it was closed until evening. Disappointed as the rooftop was one of the main reasons I booked the hotel. It was also closed completely on the Sunday of our stay.

Good location easy walk or short taxi ride to all main visitor attractions in Palermo city. Very helpful at reception (Marco) including arranging car parking - we requested parking in advance and whilst not guaranteed, they took care of the car on arrival and parked it in their underground parking lot. Room not huge but very comfortable. Roof top bar and restaurant away from the madding crowd very relaxing, dinner was good and fair value, best to book, it was busy both nights. Breakfast in same location, lovely in early morning.

Loved the location of the property. It's in the center though a short walk away from the core of bustling activities. I liked that the area was quiet though very much easily accessible to town. It's roughly a short 8-10 min walk. We also never had trouble finding a parking spot for our rental which was a welcomed bonus. Lastly, found the staff to be quite helpful and accommodating; plus the rooftop restaurant/lounge had stunning views of the surrounding mountains - loved it.

Not necessarily a negative comment though visitors beware. The rooftop restaurant/lounge is quite beautiful and boasts impressive views, as such it's much sought after, so do note you'll need to make reservations, especially if you'd like a table outside during the higher trafficked evening hours.

The hotel location is very good. From there, we visited all different parts of Palermo by foot. Everything is at walking distance. The oldest quarters and the newer nicer places around via della libeta. Our room was large and comfortable. There were no disturbances from other hotel's guests. Except for the italian occasionally loud way of living, the place is quiet. Conveniently close to the bus stops to go to or come from the airport.

We expected more help from the front desk when looking for nice local restaurants or asking for reservations. We have been in other large cities in Europe in 4-star hotels where this service is offered.

A nice location where the old town meets the new city, very close to the theatres, though a bit of a long walk to the historical centre sights like the Norman palace. Very comfortable and clean, great breakfast, I felt safe walking around, and there’s a bus stop very close by for the airport.

the location was perfect, just next the Politeama Concert Hall. Amazing.

Guests slamming doors late at night isn't the hotel's fault—just inconsiderate behaviour from fellow guests.

The hotel is fantastic this was my second visit this year and I will most definitely be back again, Marco M from the reception is a credit to the hotel the way he treated me and my family was incredible he went above and beyond his duties to help us, We wanted to book football tickets he helped us immensely, Gave us advise and tips on things to do during our trip, Also Sylvia on reception was fantastic too great staff they make the hotel.

Great location - simple but clean room. Great gym, nicely decorated, very present and together staff.

Need a desk lamp and airco was very weak
