The location is good, very convenient, walkable to many restaurants and shops. The staff was very friendly and responsive in communication. They let us check in and get to the room a bit earlier (since it was already ready). It was a smooth check in/out experience. She also helped us to order a taxi to the airpot after we checked out. Room has a roof window so you can see the sky on the bed, bathroom and spacious and clean.

Nothing really. One thing to note: Our room is in 3rd/4th floor. There's a lift to the 3rd floor but then there's a stair to get up to our room which is not a problem for me, but if you have a big luggage it might be a bit of a workout.

Archè Design Rooms and Suites is a pleasant and very well located B+B in the central historic part of Palermo. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I really enjoyed my stay there. BTW, the historic city of Palermo was also a very pleasant surprise for me and I plan to return to Palermo on my next trip to Sicily.

Finding high quality food is always a challenge for me when visiting a new destination in Italy for the first time. I would have really appreciated upon arrival a short but carefully ranked list of nearby restaurants in a city where the number of options for tourists is overwhelming.

The room was very spacious and even included a small sitting area, which made the stay extra comfortable. Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff was extremely kind and attentive, especially during breakfast — always making sure we had everything we needed. Their friendliness made a big difference.

On the first day, we came back to find the windows open and the air conditioning turned off, so the room was quite warm. It didn’t happen again, though, so we consider it a minor issue.

The rooms are nicely decorated, new and big. The bed was very comfortable. The reception staff was always available through whatsapp and very helpful. The location is in a busy area located close to the port and around 15-20 minutes walk to the historic center attractions. It's still on a quiet street so there's no issue with noise etc. and we had a very nice stay overall.

It's not the property's fault of course, but want to let people know that parking can be a problem. Parking is available on the street but you have to be extremely lucky. Otherwise there are private parking options nearby but that needs some exploration.

The staff were simple brilliant, they were very welcoming and put in the effort to make our stay amazing. The breakfast was an experience itself and the staff made every morning feel magical. The cannelloni were the best part of the breakfast, made fresh every day by the staff. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the location was ideal for visiting Palermo and beyond the north of Sicily.

Anna Lisa was just super! When we first arrived, we found the room quite small but they were very accommodating and moved us quickly to a bigger room. We felt very well looked after the very friendly staff there. Very clean! Really nice that they include slippers for guests. Breakfast was good, selection of pastries, eggs, fruit. Location was easy walking distance to most places of interest and close to a number of good restaurants.

Rooms are a bit small.

The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. They were available all the time for anything. The room was big, beautiful and very clean. The breakfast was great with fresh eggs prepared for us, nice coffee and fresh pastries including home made tiramisu which was incredible! The smart TV allowed us to use our streaming services. It is not too far from the city center in a very quiet location. We will definitely stay here next time we visit Palermo!

Great location, excelent staff and very clean. Both check in and check out were very easy. We arrived late at night and it was no problem, access was super easy. We didn’t have breakfast but were given the option to pay for it on the spot which is great! Room was cleaned daily and it was very clean.

There wasn’t cold water from the tap at times but it generally wasn’t a problem.

Location was excellent within walking distance of main attractions. Bakery next door if you prefer like we do to have breakfast outside the hotel. Also plenty of restaurants within a 5 min walking distance. Adriana provided lots of useful recommendations on where to eat.

Room that we had was very small and only had velux ceiling windows. We booked the snug room which was advertised as a third floor room with lift access but in reality a further flight of stairs had to be negotiated with heavy bags.

The staff members were extraordinary friendly and welcoming. Each day there was a small selection of standard breakfast, but they always made us fresh cappuccinos and scrambled eggs. We had one of the upper rooms with the velux roof window which gave the room a really cosy vibe. Everything was nice and clean. The area was quiet but still very much walkable to the city center. We enjoyed the stay a lot.

There is not much to complain about. We booked the room with the balcony, which was very tiny and had no view. So I believe if you need it for smoking its fine other wise the smaller rooms upstairs with the nice roof windows but without the balcony are equally comfortable.
