Amaris had more than everything we expected for. The location is very convenient, couple of minutes away from the old town, surrounded with nice restaurants, easy for parking on the street. The room is extremly clean, breakfast is delicious, Daniela and Veronica are more than helpful and so friendly. The bed is comfortable, the room is equipped with everything you might need. We would definetely come back to Amaris, special thanks to Daniela and Veronica again.

I came quite late, I got contact number from Giusepe and he wait for us at front of facility. He give us many useful information about Palermo and Sicily, very nice guy. In the morning Veronica came and explain additionally what to see in Palermo and she give us recommendation for restaurants. She was also very open and willing to help. Room and bathroom are spacious, very clean and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was quite delicious and diverse including very good espresso and cappuccino. Location is very good, few minutes from historical centrum.

Very clean and modern (renovated) room. Very good location. Very friendly girl at the breakfast serving. We asked for water boiler and we got it and also free tea bags with it. Good service and friendly staff. Gave good info on the city and where to eat.

They should have better machine for making latte or cappuccino, didnt really look like cappuccino when we got it, probably as not really steaming the milk in professional barista l way.. ( Espresso was all right) .

The rooms were a decent size. Immaculately clean. Very comfortable bed and pillows which I appreciated. A small fridge with water. The staff couldn’t be kinder. Communication was excellent. Daniella at breakfast was kind and thoughtful leaving a little something for us in our room as we left before breakfast. We really loved our stay. Good heater / air conditioning. A decent hairdryer.

The people who were lovely,helpful,smiling, and went out of their way to make our stay perfect. The room was beautifully appointed as was the bathroom. The tiling was superb throughout. Exceptional cleanliness. High quality of towels and bedding. Breakfast was thoughtful and plentiful. Daniella made a point of choosing things to please us. Nothing was too much trouble. This establishment is of the highest standard. It is in an excellent location.It is surrounded by excellent restaurants and facilities. Parking could be a problem but Veronica will contact you. Let her know an approximate time and she can be contacted easily to help you find a parking spot. The level of help and service are the best we have ever found. Tha ks to Veronica and Daniella for a brilliant stay.

We enjoyed a large breakfast, as we don’t normally eat at lunchtime. The location of the B&B was very close to the main tourist attractions but not in the middle of it all, so weren’t bothered by noise outside our window. The room was a good size, very clean and the B&B was fully air conditioned, adding to our comfort. The proprietors were very welcoming and helped us with any queries we had about the best way to see what Palermo has to offer. They wanted to make us as comfortable as possible. Good Bars and restaurants on the same street if you didn’t want to venture further

Due to the age of the building lift access was limited when you had luggage. Once we had deposited our suitcases we chose to use the stairs going to and from the B&B.

Everything was wonderful. The location is close to the center, the room is modern, spacious, clean, equipped with everything you need. The bed was very comfortable and the view very beautiful. Very tasty breakfast. Giuseppe was at our disposal throughout the stay ready to help us at any time and Daniela prepared the best cappuccino in town. If we travel to Palermo again, we will definitely choose the same accommodation.

We had a vey nice stay at Amaris in Palermo. The room was very comfortable, spotless clean, cosy and had everything we needed. Veronica, Giusepe and all the team were very kind, helpful and made sure we always had everything we need. They did all their best to make our stay pleasant. They acted like a genuine guide for visiting Palermo and nearby places. The location was very good for us, walking distance to most of the places. It is very close to a main square where you can take bus to the airport and other destinations outside Palermo. You can take the Segesta bus to visit Trapani+Erice, also zingaro, Mondello, San Vito, Monreale, and many other places. Also, Amaris is very close to the main shopping street in the city center Via Maqueda. Vuccirria fish market is 20 minutes by foot and it has a lot of restaurants that serve seafood and other local courses. The street outside the hotel is closed for cars and the accommodation is located in a very quiet area, but also has a lot of restaurants, cafes and bakeries.

Everything is fabulous. The area is very safe and so many food options, near to the port .Veronika is so helpful and always provide solutions and assistance needed to me as a solo traveler . Thank you very much . I am glad to book this place .

Accessing the property was very easy with great communication with the host and being greeted on site was great. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Ensuite facilities were excellent and great air conditioning. The breakfasts was a great star to the day. The location was perfect for exploring and bars and restaurants were close by.
