Giuseppe is a great man who help us for everything. Place is clean and air conditioning is great. Room is very cozy and terrace is beautiful. We read about the noisy, one day in your life isn't a bad thing to have music infront the building and have a fun with Palermitans (talk, drink and enjoy life). And the music isn't that loud. Toilet is cleaned and have everything that needs(we had 10 days in Palermo). Neighborhood is very safe. Giuseppe arrange us a driver Francesco to wait us at the airport and back at very normal price.

Everything was great! Location very close to the city center, room very clean and comfortable and the house overall very cosy and convenient. We loved everything about it! Giuseppe was extremely kind and helpful with everything and his recommendations were the best! Would pay someone just for his work to find all these nice places and suggestions, well done! Couldn’t ask for anything more really!

We liked everything! Can see a lot of people comment on the noise, it was indeed very busy on a Saturday night, however this doesn’t reflect on the accommodation itself and it’s not fair for the property to receive bad reviews for this. A recommendation could be to have a mini fridge and a kettle, much needed during summer, but honestly everything was really good and will definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Palermo!

The Host, Giuseppe, is a friendly and helpful man. He sent us everything that we needed, how to get there from Airport, how to get to Airport and nearby bus stops to the beach. Recommended really nice restaurants, so you're in a really good hands with Giuseppe. Also showed us Palermo map and explained us where to go and what to see there. The room we stayed and a private bathroom was big enough for two people. Also equipped with everything u will need for a short stay. Having a Balcony is also a plus.

There were lots of ants in the bathroom and we also saw two cockroaches in there. Palermo is a very lively place and it can get really really loud at night on friday and saturday and it's hard to sleep well when your room is facing the neighborhood where this is happening at night.

The property was nice and clean and very easy to find/access. Giuseppe was very helpful with recommendations of restaurants and the best way to get from the airport.

The area can be noisy at night but luckily we weren’t staying over the weekend so wasn’t too bad.

Friendly host, clean room. City center is in walking distance. The terrace is amazing, as it faces a small square, a meeting point for locals. Something is happening there all the time. Very good coffee to buy in the bar on the quare. The host gave us lots of useful advice on where to go and what to eat.

When we were there, locals made a big party on the sqare during Saturday night. The square can go noisy at times but this is also part of the vibe.

The location was great. The balcony was gorgeous. It was very clean and Giuseppe was very helpful in providing us with recommendations for our stay. The bathroom was a good size and the bed was comfortable. For the price I cannot fault it.

I may not have read the details too well before booking but it didn't feel that clear to me the set up of the accommodation before we arrived. The rooms are ensuite and there's a lobby, but the host also lives in the house. This wasn't an issue but I felt it could have been clearer on the booking. The square is very very noisy at the weekend with swarms of people and drinking (nice atmosphere) playing music very loudly out of their cars (less of a nice atmosphere)

The apartment was spacious and clean with all basic amenities for a comfortable stay. It was near the main shopping street and historic sites. The manager was in touch with us online and provided all the information and recommendations.

It was easy to reach from the main station. It's a very nice room with a fantastic terrace overlooking a very lively neighborhood. It was quiet and neat, tidy. The owner gave me plenty of info about things to visit and restaurants to test in Palermo.

The room is near Politeama Theatre, in an easy to reach location. From our balcony we had a very authentic and broad view, I loved it! The host, Giuseppe, has been really nice and helpful, he gave us useful tips to have a perfect stay in Palermo.

To be honest, I have been here one day and there was nothing I could complain about.
