The hotel is well located and you can reach almost everything on foot. The rooms in the smaller building are really well done - large bathrooms and plenty of space.

The floor in the bath was not cleaned - hair and spots of cream everywhere. The breakfast is really not good for a 4-star hotel. The food is not well presented and the staff needs very long to clear tables.

Nice hotel, with renovated rooms and facilities. The breakfast while has limited variety it is full of fresh ingredients therefore the experience is value for money. The cleaniness of the room is at a very good standard, while the location is in the city centre, pretty close to most areas of interest.

We have been positioned to a second unit of the hotel outside the main building. While it was announced as an upgrade, the room and facilities of the building were indeed quite new, for many people people moving to another building is not the optimum (at least if not choosen). Also the matress quality and the hotel ammenities were below par for the amount of the room rate (one shampoo - conditioner - bath combo etc)

-Great location, despite being in the cente, it is in a very quiet neighbourhood, no road noise or crowd noise, simply peaceful. -very helpful and knowledgeable staff, -very clean rooms, great bathroom. -complimentary bottle of water in the room for arrivals. -great balcony in 20m2 rooms (select standard double room) -good airconditioning with no smell. -comfortable queen size bed. -Take the bus 101 then 606 / or 806 you are in Mondello beach! Take 101 on the other lane or walk 20min to Palermo Centrale train station then you can go to Cefalù conveniently. Bus tickets can be bought from any tobacco market. Check trenitalia for schedules. Hotel is in excellent location for any plan.

-breakfast variety could be better for a 4* hotel. Still can not say it is bad but only on par with average 3* level. -coffee cups are paper plastic, i’d love to see ceramic ones instead. -no coffee machine, only a cattle for granule coffee / tea. -no city guide inside the room, this would have been very nice.

Breakfast was 5 star quality. We stayed at Privilege Room, and it was spacious, clean & comfortable. It was at a different building, but that building did not have any quality issues, and only across the street. It was extremely hot in Palermo (40 C outside), and the air conditioner worked perfectly, kept the room perfectly cool at all times. There was no noise from outside or surrounding rooms. We slept perfectly. Location is also convenient for walking both to old town and shopping areas.

I have no complaint about this hotel. It was a great experience.

I rate this property highly because of the friendliness and quality of all the employees we met. From the moment we checked in, Anna saw to my garage parking needs and gave good advice on restaurants along with her colleague Sonia. Breakfast in the morning was good, loved the pastries and Barbara and Alana welcomed us along with our Black Labrador, who they spoiled with great affection. We were made to feel very welcome. Thank you.

Our only criticism was the quality of the settees in the Hotel Lobby. In short, they are uncomfortable and of an oddly shape so we preferred to sit in the hard backed chairs of the adjacent Bar. These sofas did not encourage you to hang around of what appeared to be the only Lounge area of the Hotel.

Great location and amazing value for money for a stay during the week in January (it was way more expensive when I tried to rebook at the weekend). Overall, the hotel has a good vibe even though it is a chain. I stayed in a single room with was a good size and had a clean modern bathroom with free toiletries of a well-known brand. My room, which was on one of the upper floors, was quiet and I could not hear any traffic. Very good breakfast, catering both for Italian sweet taste and continental savoury taste, and proper coffee (which you can order from the hotel bar, as you would expect in Palermo). Comfortable and ideal for a business trip and would book again.

While the reception and common areas on the ground floor look sharp, the upstairs corridors could do with some sprucing up and proper airing to freshen up the air.

All the staff is very nice, friendly and super helpful. The location is great, about 15 min walking distance to anywhere in the city where you want to be in any direction. I had room service and the food and my cocktail were DELICIOUS! It was great value for money and there were no malfunctioning issues with any of the facilities in my room. Don’t miss the Osteria next door and the amazing handmade Italian ceramic store that’s in Via Roma (just 1 block away).

Small things to improve: the bed and the pillows were a bit hard for my back/neck and would be nice to have a comforter or duvet and not just the blankets as they are quite thin and it gets a bit chilly in the evening. The room is a bit noisy, you can definitely hear everything around you, including the snores of your co-guests in other rooms 😅

- room felt a bit small - no slippers - no body lotion - very noisy in the mornings because of the cleaning crew. Doors slamming, furniture being dragged across the floors, etc. I understand there’s a schedule that they need to adhere to but waking up because of the noise before 8am on a holiday weekend was not what I was hoping for. - no fresh juices and vending machine type of coffee at breakfast = unacceptable for a 4 star italian hotel in my opinion

My room, located in a dependance of the main structure, was functional, elegant and as large as a small apartment. I particularly appreciated the cleanliness, the silence, and the air conditioning, which was necessary in these hot summer days in Palermo. Breakfast was completely up to my expectations, which a large choice of salty and sweet food, fruits etc... The free wifi worked very well during my stay. I strongly advise this hotel, and I will consider coming back should I ever be again in Palermo.

Some guests might find the mattress a bit too firm. From time to time there was a bad smell coming from the shower; this problem was solved after I notified the reception. Public transport in Palermo is not very reliable :-/ but this is not the hotel's fault of course!

perfect location and amazing staff. also a reasonably good breakfast.

stayed in the new extension which was lovely but is still having some work carried out during the day. This wasn’t too much of an issue but because of where our room was in location to the water heaters/boilers at night/in the morning whenever someone had a shower it was very loud. I imagine this won’t happen for the room we stayed in once the work is complete though.
