The property is located in a good location - many tourist locations can be reached on foot. We came from the airport by train, and it was also easy to walk from the station. Convenient self check-in thanks to the video instructions. The accommodation itself is like a small apartment with five rooms and two bathrooms. The bathrooms are very well equipped, everything is well thought out. There is a small shared kitchen-dining room where you can have breakfast or coffee.

The window in our room had shutters that did not open, so there was not enough light in the room. It would also be desirable to add more lighting points. The soundproofing is not perfect, but since we had quiet neighbours, it didn't bother us. But our overall impression of the accommodation is positive.

We were able to communicate very easily with the owner in English. The location is very central. We were able to reach the center of Palermo from the house very easily. Many famous brand stores are very close to the house. The facility does not have a parking lot. However, you can easily park your car in the white and blue marked parking areas on the side of the road. The owner has enlightening information about parking as well as all other issues. There is Wi-Fi connection in the facility. Wi-Fi reception is reasonable.

The room could have been a little bigger. For 4 people with suitcases, the space is very tight.

Very kind and welcoming hosts. Don't hesitate to ask - they're always available and easy to talk to (although they don't speak English, they will try to understand you). Great location 5' from a major commercial street in Palermo, with lots of public transport, restaurants, shops, architecture, and bars. Easy connection to Mondello beach (45' by bus). Walkable distance to the historical centre (30'). The room is cozy and clean, with good AC and Wifi. Overall, highly recommend!

Except for the room, all the other spaces are shared, which can get messy depending on who you are sharing the apartment with. But there is plenty of space.

The property is very clean and had a fair breakfast

- Hot water wasn’t enough and even you take a super fast shower the other has to wait over 30min to take a hot shower. - They start cleaning the comum area and other rooms around 8/8:30. Even the breakfast sign says 6-10am you can barely eat your food peacefully. Or get some rest after 8/8:30am

Everything was incredible. One of the best places I've never been. Me and my friend were in love with the place. Excellent food, excellent instalations, and the ladies of the house were AMAZING. We both fall in love with them. We recomend this place to everyone who goes to Palermo, if we come back another time, we will go to this place again for sure.

The breakfast was very good, lot of choises of croasaints, cereals, coffees and more. The whole area was clean and nice and the staff is also very kind and polite. It is like 2,5km from the main rail and bus statiom but you just have to go straight forward in a long, but very amazing street. There is near (cca 300m) a bus station to Mondello, which is the best beach around Palermo.. and it is also very cheap, 1,40€ for person (one way). I definitely recommend this guest house :)

The bed was not the best, it was sunken in the middle, not so good for the spine.

Location worked well for us for access to/from the airport, walking distance from the Lolli train station. We also walked from the room to the old town centre and it wasn't that far. Shared bathroom but two bathrooms for I think just five rooms in total. Clean. Good facilities for breakfast / coffee. No complaints.

Everything was good, no complaints - just be aware of shared bathroom / kitchen facilities.

Due to a last minute delay in our flight and problems with airport transfer, we arrived at the hotel extremely late. The owner was very helpful with the situation. She left us the keys, sent us a video to guide us with the keys, our room etc. In the morning, she also gave us a map, marked the places we should visit and wrote down the foods we need to try. Even though the place had a shared bathroom it was very clean and there were a lot of toiletries provided for use. The owner is lovely and it is obvious that she wants you to have the best possible stay.

The lights of the bathroom and the main entrance went through the glass wall in our room, somebody left them on and it woke me up a couple of times in the night.

We only stayed here for few hours to work and we needed fast internet for that. The speed of WiFi exeeded all our expectations - both upload and download speed were almost 400 Mbit/s. Really friendly and helpful host.

The room is in a very nice area, close to several busses, close also to the bus that goes to Mondello beach or Montpellegrino. Very clean room, very clean bathrooms. I'm gratefull for the breakfast and for the hairdryer. I have never met so warm people like in Sicilly. Thank you!
