Location is good within easy walking or local transport to aces of interest. Good restaurants very near by. Room was big airy and comfortable. It also had a balcony which made it feel even roomier. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Antonino on reception, Giovanni who helped me with my Italian, & Giuseppe who looked after breakfast.

The hotel is in a good location on the main street where the very useful bus line 101, the airport bus and some others pass, but it is a bit tucked away in a side street so there is no noise from outside. The breakfast is correct and the staff is extremely friendly, especially Giovanni and Giuseppe. They gave us a bigger room and let us in earlier.

Clean, close to everything , direct bus to Mondello beach. All staff very nice but a special mention to Giovanni . Super attentive, would always greet us and if asked about any advice he would help !

Not that it’s relevant for comfort or cleanliness but rooms do need a bit of upgrade !

Spacious soundproof room. Decent sized bathroom. Walking distance from old town. Good bus connection also to airport. Near bus stops for Mondello Monte Pellegrino. Two lifts. Good breakfast for our taste. Friendly staff.

The air-condionning was definitely unsatisfactory. Centrally controlled but temperature not low enough and ineffective. The room description is inaccurate so should be changed by booking.com.. No real air conditioning, no tiled floor in bedroom . My emails to the hotel were never answered.

Excellent location of the hotel. Very helpful and pleasant receptionists and breakfast server. The hotel is clean and tidy. Good connection to public transport. Good value for money.

A great affordable hotel, in a perfect location. Public and airport transportation is nearby, and it’s a nice short walk from the city centre. The staff is excellent! They were very kind and helpful about everything, I would come again if I visit Palermo!

Thanks to the whole team we had a lovely stay once again. Marinella, Rosa, Tony, Marina and the others are professional! The breakfast is splendid. The rooms are spacious and clean.

Everything was perfect. Located in the center, we'll equipped and with a nice staff. Perfect for enjoying the holidays in the beautiful city of Palermo.

Location is good, breakfast is nice.

We got the room with the mold on the ceiling. We complained to the receptionist and he immediately switch the room to one which was really nice and clean.

location and price

A general remodeling wouldn't be bad because everything is old, the beds are super uncomfortable. The place is very good but it could be something really nice.
