Entry instructions you need to study and were very well explained. Parking needs to be studied too, blue lines, white lines etc. Room was spacious Good AC heating system Bed was comfy Heated towel rail in bathroom Shower was warm Parking but that’s normal, we found a pay parking garage as safer.
Kitchen - needs a really, really good clean. The fridge was bad. Considering a cleaner comes in daily, it was not cleaned in the fours days we stayed. We didn’t use it, only for tea and coffee. Shower needs abit of attention as it leaks.

The owner of this place was very friendly and caring. The atmosphere was homie like and the breakfast was very good with great coffee and lot of different chooses breakfast food and pastry. The evening tea was additionally supply and it give pleasant feelings of comfort.

It would have been nice to have flip-flops available because the floor is very cold (marble floor). But it was manageable with 2 pairs of warm socks.

spacious, well located, super organised, we felt very welcome. the breakfast was good and plentiful by Italian standards. just an excellent location to explore Palermo.

Answered communication very well. Arranged trip in from the airport for us. Very nice room. Private bathroom just across the hall. Good location. Host was very helpful.
