The breakfast was nice but if you re looking for savoury food they don't really have any. Everything we did get was great and the coffee amazing. The bed was extremely comfortable and the hosts were kind enough to upgrade our room and we stayed in a gorgeous one. The hosts are very helpful and friendly. Location is really good even if it is not in the centre. The walk is beautiful and if you don't want to walk the train is 17 min and 2€. Honestly, we would have stayed a lot more if we could.

The location was good. A little outside the center but easy enough to take the bus, which was explained perfectly by the host upon arrival. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was very delicious. It is prepared by the hosts themselves with local products. To be enjoyed on the lovely terrace on the top floor. The hosts were super friendly, helpful and accomodating.

The bed was rather uncomfortable and creaking a lot wich woke us up during the night.

We absolutely loved our stay for 4 nights in this B&B. We booked the Apartment room which was spacious. Highlights were the modern bathroom and walk-in shower and the air conditioning. The bed was so comfortable and it was handy having the balcony to hang out laundry. The hosts really make this B&B - we really looked forward to the breakfast spread on the terrace. Lots of variety and delicious pastries from a nearby bakery. Cosimo and Laura were always attentive and gave excellent recommendations for where to visit in Palermo & restaurants - especially the nearby bakery la Romanella for arancini. The B&B is located in a nice residential area and it only took 25-30 minutes to walk easily into the city. This route is safe at night too especially along Via della Liberta. This location was perfect for us to come home and have a break from the business of Palermo centre. The shared terrace facilities are a great perk, and we enjoyed having this as a quiet place to return to eat lunch and chill out. Don't hesitate to book here if you are visiting Palermo.

Everything was great, no complaints whatsoever.

The property was perfectly positioned not far from the centre. You can walk about 30 minutes or can get a bus which is only a 10 minute walk from the b&b. It is all walkable.

The couple who own the b&b were maxing , they advise where to go and every morning for breakfast they gave the experience of a traditional Palmero food. The balcony was a beautiful setting for breakfast. They made our experience a wonderful one . They were really friendly and helpful.

Cosimo and Laura have been the hosts that you desperately expect to have when you choose a place to stay in Palermo. They are so welcoming, caring and extremely responsive. Once you meet them at the property, you feel this authentic kindness and the sense of accommodating which is hilarious. They are communicative and knowledgeable and give you all the indispensable information about what to see and eat and where to go in the city. They deliver the breakfast in person providing a marvellous verity of Sicilian delicatessen of sweet and savouries. Every single day they try to come up with a variety of treats. Their B&B is decorated so beautifully to the extent that you can notice the particular attention towards all the details of comfort and well-being. All show the efforts Cosimo and Laura put to render their B&B a place you feel so at home. The room was so comfortable and particularly clean with a spacious and nice wardrobe and extremely comfortable mattress. We stayed in a room with the en-suite newly renovated bathroom. The location of the B&B is so fantastic; situated in a very nice neighbourhood, easy commuting to the old city of Palermo and the seaside and wherever you might be interested in this colourful and historical reality. We reiterate that on the top of all the comforts, the spirit with which they both host you is such a unique one that you would desire undoubtedly to get back to the unforgettable city of Palermo and its warm and engaging people.

The B&B was very nice and the location was good. You can easily reach the B&B by train and walking if you are travelling by Airplane (less than 5 Minutes walk to the train station Notarbartolo). The area is nice and you can find restaurants and grocery shops. From this B&B you can easily start your trip to discover Palermo by walking, bus or by train. The owner of the B&B ist also kind and helpful.

The bed was not so comfortable and the mattress was too soft.

The terrace is beautiful and the kitchen was well equipped. Our room had a lovely balcony as well. The breakfast is served on the terrace every morning and it was served by Laura who owns the b&b. She is so friendly and the breakfast was always fresh and local with homemade products. There was also plenty to eat and we were always offered a second coffee as well. Laura was also very happy to recommend places to visit in Palermo.

The bathrooms for each room are outside of the bedroom so you have to go out of your room into a publicly used hallway to go to the bathroom. Also, as it’s an older building, the doors are not soundproof and all of the doors are pretty squeaky so it was quite loud when others were going in and out of their rooms/bathrooms.

The hosts were fabulous, friendly, welcoming and gave us excellent service and recommendations. The room was quiet and very clean. The roof terrace perfect for chilling after a busy day in the city. Just a 20 minute walk or 8 minute train takes you into the historic centre. I would stay here again in in a heartbeat!

Showerhead needs de-scaling but honestly nothing else.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The attention to detail in the room was remarkable – it was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for. The location couldn't have been more perfect – close to popular attractions yet nestled in a quiet neighborhood, providing a peaceful night's sleep. What truly stood out to me was the level of care the staff exhibited. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, making recommendations for local experiences that made my trip truly memorable. I can confidently say that this hotel will be my top choice for future visits.

The breakfast was based only on sweet products. But was good.

Lovely owners. Our flight was cancelled the day before, so the flight the next day got us into Palermo really late. The owner waited for us and communicated well. There was a lovely balcony that was shared with the room next door. Be aware that some bedrooms don't have a bathroom in the room but in the communal area. Very well presented, cleaned and homely. This is one big apartment with several rooms. Owners wife brought some typical Sicilian pastry and sliced peaches for the tables. Due to us only staying one night instead of two, owner didn't charge us city tax which was lovely and personal from him.
