The position and appearance of the property was very good and clean.

All night long we can hear the street noises. The variety of food at breakfast was very limited. For the late check- in we were charged 18€ but nowhere was stipulated this in the booking description.

Roberto was a fabulous host. Thoughtful, kind and helpful. The room was clean and spacious with a super comfy bed. He would bring a variety of fresh croissants every morning for breakfast with an endless supply of coffee.

Was a little bit away from the old town but a 20 minute walk is never such a bad thing... especially in this country where you really need to walk to work off all the delicious food that abounds.

Very clean, spacious room with a balcony, close to trains and buses (but also you can take a walk - around 20min to the city centre), a shop next to the building. Also an amazing, nice host! Sending love to Roberto :)

Would be great if there was a laundry dryer, but we managed to dry our clothes without it on the balcony

The property was cute and had all that was needed for our short stay. The young man that assisted us with check in and check out was very nice and friendly. The breakfast cornettos were amazing!

Difficult to find at night time when we arrived. Towels were a little hard and served like an exfoliator after showers.

The accommodation was super clean, spacious, good location - the street is 15-20 minutes from main centre of Palermo. Great location for travelling from/to Palermo airport (punta raisi) because there is a train station a few meters from the rooms. Croissants and coffee for a breakfast was also very delicious. The host was very friendly and helpful all the time even we arrived at late night time. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone.

- Very clean , decent size rooms with air con, balcony and an ensuite bathroom. - Good location ( 2 mins from Palermo Notarbartolo station , but can take 30 mins to walk to the city centre ) -The area felt very safe and had a supermarket 5 minutes away and options for cafes. -Host was present when we checked in and also came around when we called because our room lock didn’t work. - Kitchen facilities includes a coffee machine , fridge, oven. - Very decent sized flat with loads of natural lighting and balconies

- Don’t expect much from the breakfast, we had a tray of sweet and savoury pastries ( snacks ) on the first day to be shared by the guests and the same leftovers were kept for the second day. -Building lift is broken, we were stuck for 30 mins in the lift , thankfully the neighbours were amazing and helped us out. Post that we had to use the stairs up to the 4th floor
