Brand new Unique historical villa. We had a great time! it's true, not all the staff spoke english, but it was even more atmospheric. The reception spoke fluently in English and French, so there were absolutely no problems: very good and useful information: museums, things to do, they booked restaurants for us everyday and even our trip to Syracuse. We were super satisfied and very grateful to all the staff at the villa! Absolutely recommend!

Booking.com did not make clear ( in this case ) the sizeof the rooms whicc were way above the normal 2m sqm. Theyshould highlight that.

So to be honest we were very disappointed in a “5 star” hotel, we paid 300€ for 1 night, what is a lot of money without any service. There is no phone in the room, to call the reception / order anything. No coffee in the room only tea. No complimentary water? The blanket is the cheapest cover I ever slept under, it’s horrible. Not even a normal bedsheet who coveres the blanket. It’s not clean / hygiene at al if every other day there sleep people. The airconditioning is not working like it should be, high summer you can’t sleep in the heat. There is no air conditioning in the bathroom. The towels are new so they don’t dry. The pillows are as hard as stone, very uncomfortable. I removed them and slept on a t shirt !? I can’t even explain how this is for a “5 star” hotel where you pay 300€ a night off season!! At breakfast it’s a buffet, you can’t order any egg or juices. Never saw this in a 5 star hotel. The eggs/ toast they provided were cold. The bread was old. No ham and cheeses to put on the bread. We had a plastic cup to drink from !!! Never never been so disappointed for a 5 star hotel. (See picture) I just want to tell you this in person as you can improve it, as it’s a brand new hotel. You will get complains every single day if people will pay 300€ for this. Also the staff was trying to be very friendly but they don’t speak English, for a city as Palermo and a 5 star hotel this is not ok. You have to be a great team and hotel vibes not a cantina bed en breakfast!!
