I stayed a week here as part of a large group of us coming from various corners of the globe for a wedding. I am so glad I chose Vannucci, it is a beautiful property in a very pretty garden, with a small but picturesque pool, it’s clean, and very comfortable. The location is perfect in the heart of Citta Della Pieve, but the top marks go to the wonderful staff who couldn’t do enough to make our stay the best it could possibly be - they were warm, kind, generous and incredibly flexible with all of our requests. The restaurant is absolutely delicious, I also had the best red montepulciano wine there that I had ever tasted. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back, and actually am planning on staying there again next summer.

Convenient carpark & staff very nice. Veronica was outstanding - efficient, friendly, welcoming. The sort of person who makes a difference to your stay. Building attractive & well located so could walk to restaurants.

We thought we were booking a room with a terrace or balcony but the rooms with these all face internally. The hotel hadn’t realised the Deluxe rooms are described this way on booking.com so are changing the description. Our deluxe room was very large but a little dark & although the bathroom was huge & bright with two windows, the shower is in the bath. The overhead shower had very low pressure so had to sit in bath & use the hand shower. We stayed two nights & felt one night would have been better as Citta Della Pieve is very small. The breakfast & staff are nice but the breakfast room a little dark.

The yard and the building itself are very beautiful, just outside of the town of Città della Pieve. It was easy to walk to the town, and there was parking on the street by the hotel. The breakfast was great with a lot of tasty and fresh options. Our room and the bathroom were spacious, and the staff were friendly.

While the yard was beautiful, the swimming pool area was quite small with only a few sun beds and right next to the Michelin star restaurant.

Historic building and grounds but all modernized in terms of decor indoors and functionality. Front desk (Veronica) was supportive with information about the town. The room we slept in was modern, comfortable and somewhat luxurious. Even the towels were plush (wow for Italy!). Breakfast was very good with lots of choices of fresh foods and beverages. Value is good except I choose the room with a balcony for 50 Euros more than the standard room. It is not worth it. The balcony overlooks the street.

Parking is in back of a Cooking school next door without signage telling any parkers where the hotel is. I called on a rainy day that we were trying to find the hotel. The receptionist Veronica answered and gave us directions but no one offered to meet us and help us with baggage. The parking is not handicapped accessible. There is a staircase leading up to the cooking school. There is no ramp. Also, after we checked in no one even offered to help us with bags which we did not request nor did we need but imagine if I was an elderly person or a person with disabilities?

Easy to reach & find the hotel; located in a lovely small town that feels very welcoming; beautiful renovated property with history; easy to access by car; beautiful outdoor spaces (perfect for relaxation in the sun) with a pool. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful - they were always happy to help and make suggestions for nearby excursions. There are many spaces downstairs that are inviting, and easy to work from. I spent the day working, with great internet connection & pleasant, quiet environment. the restaurant (breakfast & dinner) was also pleasant, with incredible staff and service. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was very new & clean! Everything was perfect.

Stunning garden, pool and surroundings. Lovely interiors. Staff very un Italian as they were helpful, polite and proffessional. Great wine selection and lovely food.

It should be adults only. Didn't make use of the pool as there were too many kids hogging it. Breakfast was noisy due to kids. A small detail, the pillow protectors were stained. In my own rental accommodation, I check these weekly and if stained disguard. The room was 'compact'

Quiet location. Friendly, attentive staff. Well made cocktails. Comfortable room. Private parking. Central location (everything in walking distance). Within a few minutes of QuintoSapore.

Although we ate elsewhere, a few more vegetarian options on the menu might have tempted us to eat at the hotel. But otherwise, faultless.

Spotless and spacious room, location right in the centre of town, easy parking. Amazing breakfast outside on the terrace. Nice to have sunset drinks from the pool bar. Lovely and welcoming staff.

We ate in the restaurant and service was very slow. More loungers at the pool would be good although accept space is limited.

Great location, lovely old building, the whole place looked tidy and well thought out. The staff were excellent and friendly. The breakfast was great, lovely coffee, good cooked options. Large bedroom, very well decorated and finished as was the bathroom.

I found the bed a little uncomfortable - that might just be me.

It is a most beautiful hotel in a converted mansion with a lovely garden and pool area. Large, comfortable room with luxury quality bed linen, furnishings and bath towels. Well appointed and large bathroom Being able to open screened windows in room was a plus. Great breakfast spread. Ideal location just on edge of the old town making for easy and quick access to shops cafes and restaurants Free onsite parking. Minibar in room.

There is nothing to dislike about this property.
