*The room is basic and a decent value for the nightly rate. *The dear woman who checked us in was so kind, thoughtful, and helpful! *This room worked great for dropping off our rental car after spending 5 days around the Tuscany area. It's close to Avis and other rental car agencies. *It's also just a short walk to the train station for our return to Rome. *Breakfast was nice! We enjoyed the warm croissants and Cappuccino served with kindness from the morning hostess! *It's a short walk to a really good restaurant that I can highly recommend: Season's Restaurant.

*The bed was on the firm side for us.

Fabulous location, a few blocks from the train station. Bus stop immediately in front of property. Great hub from which to visit surrounding towns (e.g., Chianciano Terme, Montepulciano, Orvieto, etc.). Staff was gracious; let me store my bag after checkout before I took the bus to San Casciano dei Bagni that evening. Good variety of options at breakfast: cornetto, cakes, pies, yogurt, fruit juice, and fresh coffee to order.

This little family run B&B is in a convenient location very near the railway station in Chiusi. The room we stayed in was attractively furnished and comfortable - it had very effective air conditioning which was needed in the hot weather. The bathroom was small but well equipped. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They recommended an excellent restaurant.

We had a sweet Italian breakfast - it would have been nice to have the option of cereal or fruit as well. Be aware that all rooms are up a flight of stairs - this wasn't a problem for us, but it wouldn't suit someone with limited mobility.

I was a last-minute reservation due to the train strike and received instant confirmation. I was warmly welcomed. It was a lovely room and very clean. The property is delightful and the breakfast very good. I was given a recommendation for a local restaurant and it was delicious. The property is located close to the local station and an easy walk.

Good and useful b&b for people travelling by train, because it’s very close to train station. Nothing special, but cheap and good for a short stay.

Some rooms are surrounded by other buildings, too close. Is necessary to close the windows in order to have some privacy.

I enjoyed my stay at La Rosetta and if I ever have to stay in Chiusi again, this is where I'll stay. Great quality for a small price. The hotel is quiet and clean. It's a local business and you'll get to know the whole family. Just be mindful of the times for the check in. I was going to be a little late, so they arranged an easy way for me to pick up the keys.

The hotel is conveniently close to the station from where the buses take you to Montepulciano. It was my second time staying in this hotel. The room is simple, but it is clean and has everything you need, including air conditioning. The host is very polite and nice.

It was all fine.

Very near to the railway station, comfortable and cozy place, very clean. Good to start going up to Chiusi The National Etruski Museum and beautiful garden near the museum with amazing toskanian view.

Everything was as it should be.

Upon arrival, we were told our room got upgraded. We noticed a strange smell in the lower floors, like a wet dog or old rags being used to clean floors, so maybe that was the reason. In all, it's a small hotel with a lot of heart. The owner really wants to be a professional establishment by adding little extras here and there, like free bottles of water every day, a hair dryer that originally wasn't mentioned in the listing, letting us keep our luggage in the lobby after checking out, the bike rental place knowing the owner or the hotel and thus not requiring a deposit when renting electric bikes, good breakfasts, etc. No complaints (except for the smell when passing some floors, but it was just a few seconds until we reached our room.)

We liked the location (close to the strain station), it’s cleanliness, and it’s functionality (comfortable room). The staff were also very friendly.

The lack of elevator made it tough to get heavy luggage 2 floors up. The staff spoke no English but were effective in communicating through the use of Google Translate.
